Insane endurance, awesome pumps and a nice energy boost.

I just have black coffee,GW,LiquiCia & some BCAA's in water.
 
Coffee, GW, triple X and I'm good to go most of the time.

Every now and then I will use a preworkout when I didn't sleep well and I'm dragging ass...since I lift so early but not real often. Put it this way....I bought some BPI MR preworkout at the Arnold for 20 bucks and a free tshirt. That was beginning of March and I still have well over half the tub left. When I need it, it works really well so I give it a thumbs up

Coffee or a caffeine pill does it for me. I try to stay away from pre-workout stuff and keep it simple as possible.

Carbs and sugar. So naturally I don't use them very often, but If I absolutely positively need instant energy, a pack of lolly snakes or M&M crispy's will have me bouncing off the walls like nothing else. Add in the V if it's going to be *that* kind of workout. Haha.

Caffeine doesn't do much for me - if anything it literally puts me to sleep LOL.

Citrulline and a squeezed orange in water is a good one, too.

Most of the powders just make me jitter slightly or do nothing. Never given me energy.
 
I still dont get it. I bought triplexstack, liquivia and liquicia and not understanding how exactly do they assist during a workout.
