Favorite/least favorite injection spot

Most favorite:
I am a huge fan of the quad. Maybe simply because they are so easy for me to reach. With the assistance of another I do not mind an occasional shoulder shot, especially if that is what I am training that day.

Least favorite:
I absolutely loathe glute shots. Mainly because I can not stand not being able to see it. For some reason, I always get pretty bad pip in my glutes as well. Ive literally had it bad enough to the point where I drove sitting on a single ass cheek. However, using the same gear in my quad I barely notice it...Just one of those things evidently.

Anyone that knows me is familiar with my love for the delt injection... I take 5 cc injections in the delt with no issue... I can't stand the quad... The quad is deceiving because the muscle is so large that it would only make sense to have the most infection sites but in reality, the quad has very little... There are far more bad spots there that can be hit... Try hitting your quad wrong with over 5cc's and see if you ever inject there again.. Not fun... Running with a softball on your quad is not exactly something you look forward to... I will stick with the delta... 18 gauge 1.5 " to draw and 25 gauge 1 " to inject...

Same here, delts are by far my favorite. I've had a cpl bad experiences with quads, and will never inject there again. I use 23-25 1.5" in my shoulders and usually pump 3ccs in them no problem. I've never tried 5ccs lol

I hit my quad wrong with that huge primo injection and then I ended up doing it again and that was it man... I am sure you can imagine... I hate the 1.5 needles to begin with... They are harpoons and I just hate them... If you have nice pronounced delts, the injection is butter smooth

25 gauge?!? So small lol, must take a long time to inject? I love quads.... Shoulders are a hit or miss for me.

Its definitely not meant for speed but its very smooth and works great for me but you are definitely on point saying its a slower injection

Ive used 23g 1inch majority of my cycling career and recently just got some 25g 1inch primarily for delts and I inject slow as hell to begin with so its just a little less scar tissue.. Call me crazy but per every ML of gear I take almost a minute to push in.. Thats what works for me I never get pip, literally never.. Obviously technique is superior here but I allow the oil plenty of time to dissipate

Nah, ill call you what you are... Smart! Its not a race and its much safer to do it slower, get it all in there and not risk hitting a vein... I do it the same way

Very cool! I'm going to try using a 25 gauge on my next cycle. I don't mind if it takes a couple minutes.

Its so smooth bro... Youll love it... I was hesitant at first too but once i used it i never switched back!

Love quads and delts. For my normal TRT dose (when not on cycle), I actually use a 27g 1/2" needle into either of those places. When on cycle, I use a 25g 1" needle. I am afraid to shoot my butt...I have heard horror stories of hitting that large nerve!!! My luck says I will hit it 25% of the time since I am worried about hitting it...

I've actually done pecs a few times and it was a lot easier than I expected, but mentally it's just weird because I don't want any estro conversion in my damn pec tissue.. It's obvious just a mental thing that's not really how it works but I'm sure you can understand why.. I'll never do biceps again that shit was awful.. Calves suprisingly wasn't as bad but I kept it under 2ccs and I foam roll and always train after pinning

I absolutely agree completely. A full 3cc injection probably takes me a full two minutes. I go very slow and let that oil dissipate into the muscle just a little bit at a time, and I NEVER have PIP with this method

Yes, i took just under 6cc's the other day and literally watched an inning of baseball in the process... I was just sitting there watching, like it was just a normal occurrence with a huge needle and syringe in my arm... I heard laughter on the other end of the room because my fiance was sitting there watching me act like it was just normal behavior... LOL well, i guess for us, it is! Point being, definitely not a race, not at all... That's the way you get hurt and I really advise against any of that... If your in a hurry, then wait until your not

You guys are crazy. 3cc takes me less than a minute and I have no issue. I guess we're all different though.

Whatever works for you is always the best method! I tried to do three things at once while injecting today and then my front door opened, scared the shit out of me and I hit a, let's just say, undesirable area in my delt with a 3 cc injection of primo... that felt just fucking great!!
