right but with the sarms run you will find that the soreness and recovery are much quicker. lol I just went ahead and started another sarms run due to a shoulder impingement, I needed the mk2866 healing

Yeah I hear ya on that.I haven't been able to blast my chest like this in ages due to shoulder injuries.I'm gonna miss the 2866 when I have to take off a month,but at least I'll be on the MK-677.
 
These things really shine with pulling movements.I just did some dead lifts & rows with them & my forearms are BURNING!!
 
Okay these are well worth a try just for the pulling back workout that they give your forearms.I had to take them off doing reverse grip rows because all the weight goes on your thumbs & they just weren't strong enough to hold the weight.They worked great doing wide & close grip rows,dumbell rows,chin-ups & pull-ups.I may just skip my forearms when I work my arms tomorrow.That's how good they feel.
 
I keep some poor mans fat gripz in my bag for deads. And Shrugs.

Its just pipe insulation and some duct tape. Then a knife to cut them off when your done lol.
 
I've been using these for almost two weeks now & they are well worth it.My forearms are PUMPED 24/7!Dead lifts & bent over rows are insane with these.I don't even do isolation work my forearms anymore.I don't need it with these.
 
Yeah you will definitely notice them with pulling movements then pushing... Up right rows with them are killers!

I did my back workout yesterday with them & decided to try & do some forearm rollers to finish it off.I could only do ONE set!My forearms were so tired.These things definitely work well.I had to stop using them with deadlifts though.I just couldn't hold the bar.

Yeah when you use them for the 1st time the next day you can definitely tell they smashed your forearms!!

Update on the fat grips.I did back today & I only use them for the first couple sets of dead lifts.I just can't hold the bar for anymore than that.Bent over rows are a little easier & I can do the complete set with them.Same with one arm dumbell rows,but the deads due to the heavier weight,I just can't hold it.It keeps trying to slip out.
My forearms got a little bigger & more defined since I've been using these for a little over a month now.I really like doing reverse curls with them for that double hit on the forearms.

That's awesome bro,just wait til you do the pulling movements with them.You'll notice a big difference.

I don't know how you can use fat grips on deadlift. I can't overhand my working weight so I get a lot of grip work just working my way up.

I use an overhand & an underhand grip doing deads.Like I said I could only do one or two sets with them on because they keep trying to slip out.
