I got mine by doing light to low medium weight cable lateral raises and DB lateral raises. MAJOR VOLUME. Haven't lifted heavier than 25lb dumbells with my lateral raises but maybe 2-3 times in the past 5-6 years. Pump them until you want to cry lol
