bro, understand that hcg has a place but if you overdo it then it will have adverse effects... hcg can cause suppression, elevated estrogen, desensitizing amongst many other issues if you over do it... It has a place in our cycle but needs to be ran accordingly... Use it the last 4 weeks prior to your pct... blast it 1000 ius week at that point...
as far as in between cycles, i would HIGHLY recommend running a sarms bridge to not only maintain but add to and clean up your cycle gains... i have a perfect stack for you that will occupy all the time in between and will have you in the most optimal condition for your next cycle... here is the layout...
