Hey Dylan, I watch your videos on youtube and I really enjoy watching cause you seem to know a lot about steroids. Well i'm thinking about doing my first cycle and was wanting to start with Equipoise at 600mg/week is there anything else I should be taking with it? I'm planning to run a 20 week cycle, I chose this steroid because it seems the safest with least side effects and its my first time. Also, what should I take post cycle and for how long?
 
Agree with NY on this man. 20 weeks is way too long for a first cycle. Test only for 12 weeks max is all you need. What are your stats? Age, height, weight, bf%

okay bro... nothing here that you have is good... 1. you should only use test on a first cycle... eq is not something you run on a first cycle... 2. the requirements for eq are that it needs to be ran a minimum of 16 weeks... you should never exceed 12 weeks on a first cycle... you need to stick to test only and you can throw in a few sarms... you dont introduce your body to a foregin stimulus for the first time and bombard it with many different anabolics.. 3. you never posted any stats whatsoever, making it impossible to properly advise you... age/height/weight/body fat? goals?

You can't run any steroid without test,mind you certainly don't run a long cycle like that for your first cycle. Test only is normally advised

Before we go any further I need to know your compete stats, goals, and experience
 
please post your stats so that the proper advice can be given... you need it badly but the pertinent information is needed...
 
Hello again sorry I didnt put my information on the op, but I'm 23, weigh 164ish and 5'8, im not sure what my bf is but i'm a bit vascular like youcan see my vein on my bicep and arms but thats as far as it goes idk how to measure bf, i havent had any surgeries or injuries and im greaf health as of last weeks checkup, and i know a good bit about nutrition i try to avoid fast food I might eat it once a week or every 2 weeks depending what im craving but mainly eat clean for the most part during the week, and ive been training for 1 year and a half but my main goal is to put on lean mass, so what is the recommended anabolic to take and what with it and how much, and pct aswell please?

For your size, weight and timing of training you ain't ready for steroids, everyone will tell you that

Dude you are to young for steroids buddy. Go with a sarms stack until you turn like 27 you can make great gains with sarms no one will give you advice on using gear at your age. I am 44 and I just started my first cycle of test only. Dylan and the experts could give you a great sarms stack protocol.

After 18 months of training; nothing.

At your age you have room to grow naturally for a few years.

Get an accurate Body-fat test.

Fast food once a week needs to go immediately.

I wouldn't recommend any steroid right now buddy. You are too young, and not quite ready for them in your current condition.

My best recommendation to you would be to run a good sarms stack to help you build mass and strength. Here is the layout I'd go with

Get everything from www.sarmsx.com

1-12 RAD140 20mg per day dosed in the am
1-12 LGD 10mg per day dosed once in the am
1-12 MK677 25mg per day dosed in the am
1-12 S4 50mg per day split 25mg am and 25mg 4-6 hours later

At 23 and healthy, 164 pounds and 5'8" there is no reason you can't tune your diet and training and pack on a ton of strength and lean mass over the next few years. I know that's not what you want to hear, but in no way should you touch any AAS for awhile. You just aren't ready. Take time to get yourself in tune diet and training wise, and in the meantime, study as much as you can about nutrition and supplements/AAS so that you're more informed when it comes time for your first cycle.

Use this forum to your advantage bro, most of us wish we had this kind of resource when we were getting started
