Eq and test for lean gains

[attachment=0:3nyne8yv]2015-07-25 21.49.29.jpg[/attachment:3nyne8yv]

Ok so I finally decided on my cycle based on Dylan's recommendations. I have never posted a pic of where I am. So I decided to do so. Here's where I am right now. I'm at 147 lbs and around 8% bf give or take. Keep in mind that I my legs are tiny from the nerve damage from my injuries and disability. I have only been running trt levels of test e thus far and I have actually gained back almost all of the loss plus some from the low t. Now that being said and looking at where I am now I'm about to really start my blast on Monday. I will be running 600 eq for at least 16 weeks (maybe 20) and 500 test with aromasin 15 from Phurious Pharma eod. Now that being said, and I know that eq is a long Ester and results take a while, can I expect a noticeable amount of good quality lean gains in 16-20 weeks or would I be even better off to add a kick start to the cycle? I'm running eq for the long sustainable gains and vascularity. My question is although I want quality and sustainably will they be extremely noticeable? I want subtle but in the end very noticeable and impressive. What's the point of using them if people aren't going to notice? Granted I'm not competing or doing shows but it is always a goal for that lean and impressive physique. I have reasonably good genetics because of my natural low body fat and super small waist. I just want to get the most out of it if I'm going to do it and eq is amazing for sustainability I just don't see that many people using it for bulking. I also know that nutrition is key in putting on quality lean muscle. Maybe I'm just paranoid.

Your cycle is very adequate for very lean and sustainable gains. EQ is great for adding lean mass. It often gets overlooked because it takes a while and works slow, and it also doesn't make the scale move a lot because the gains from it are pretty much all muscle without temporary water weight that the other bulking compounds are known for. When it's all said and done, you should be very happy with your results, provided your training and diet was on point.

I don't see a problem adding in a kickstart, but it's not absolutely necessary. If you want to pick one for lean gains, then I would probably recommend something like Tbol at 60mg per day for the first 6 weeks. Another great option for lean mass without the toxicity is to add in LGD at 10mg per day that you could run up to 12 weeks

To enhance your cycle further, I would also recommend adding in GW to the cycle, and using S4 to finish the last 8-12 weeks of the cycle to lean out, and get harder and drier with enhanced vascularity.

Thanks for the imput RR. I'm not looking to get dramaticly heavy by any means and I trust you completely. My entire reason for choosing eq was for the long cycle and slow and steady gains. I also know that eq is highly overlooked. I ran it a little when I was younger for the endurance qualities for boxing at a very modest dosage around 400ml/week. I assumed that as long as I have my diet and training where they need to be that I would see good gains I just didn't know to what extent or how dramatic. I guess the only thing that made me a little bit cautious about the whole idea was that I just don't see very many people bulking with it. I've already seen good results with a very modest dose of test. Now that I have really thought about it, I think that at 800ml for 20 weeks along with the test I'm going to pass on a kickstarter. I really don't see the point of adding the additional water and unnecessary toxicity to something that will work great in the end. Besides if I don't like the results after it's all said and done I can always just wait and run something different on my next blast.

The beauty of eq is that you CAN bulk with it, you CAN recomp with it and you CAN cut with it... It is that versatile but rest assured, if you want to put on size with it, you most certainly can... its just not drastic because its such a long ester however its gradual and that makes it more sustainable, which is what you want... you don't want to blow up 20 lbs. so fast that it puts major strain on our body coupled with a guarantee of side effects because nothing puts size on like that without carrying a lot of sides... eq has very mild sides at best which are easily controllable, its clean, you feel far better, you can sustain far more and perform at a higher level throughout and it does a multitude of things for you... You just have to show patience and look at the long term of the cycle, not a small portion of drastic change but an entire picture of gradual improvement throughout the entire cycle...
