so you think it was the Proviron?
I'm not sure... Too soon to tell....

It could have been elevated estrogen as RickRock suggested...

Well I was able to have a good workout and do cardio today... However my bpm was 140 on the elliptical and it's usually 123.

BP back to normal 30 minutes after workout...121/80

That is honestly my guess brother. The increased AI dose should help with that

I bumped my AI (Aromasin) to 25mg ed and this DEFINITELY seems to be helping with heart rate AND blood pressure.

I also agree I don't think Proviron had anything to do with it and I'm considering starting it back up again.

I really think so... I was about to throw in the towel and RickRock suggested bumping up to 12.5mg ed. It did help but not all day. I was like a yo-yo... fine one minute and not the next. So I bumped it up to 25mg ed and boom back to normal all day and night. The only other thing I did was add 81mg of aspirin ed to thin my blood a little bit.

I haven't done my bloods yet... I was waiting for weeks 4 or 5 so I could get accurate testosterone levels because this is my first time using this testosterone.

ok, what about thick blood, high red blood cell, or high iron??

Well I'm taking aspirin for thick blood... I've read mixed reports on it's effectiveness. In my opinion it can only help and not hurt. As far as red blood cell or high iron I haven't looked into that.

I may consider going back down to 12.5mg ed again but I'm feeling so much better and I'm going to wait for my bloods

Love hearing this news! I was nervous for you after your first few posts about this. Have you experienced any joint pain since upping your AI dose?

Thanks brother I was nervous for myself because I haven't cycled in years and I'm not a spring chicken anymore. I haven't noticed any significant joint pain but I will monitoring everything closely. I'm not sure I have my dosage dialed in yet but major major improvement! I was really hoping my sweet spot was going to be 12.5mg everyday and it may still be... But right now I'm going with 25mg ed because it's working for me. No other significant problems... Libido in check so that's a good thing.

I appreciate everyone's support because if it wasn't for the forum I might have overreacted...

I'm new to AI... You have to remember back in the 90's when I did my first 2 cycles there was no such thing as Aromasin...

Man I hope you have a killer run now! Like so many other things dosages will vary person by person. If you do decide to cut back to 12.5 Ed make sure to let us know.

Thanks! And I will absolutely post changes!

I also noticed my skin was getting extremely oily... So much so I bought some Noxzema face cleaning pads. Since I bumped my Aromasin up to 25mg ed my skin has gone back to normal.

I decided to cut my Aromasin dosage back to 12.5mg ed and I may even go back to eod. I'm not experiencing any estrogen related sides... I only had the elevated heartbeat and I'm not even sure that was related to estrogen, but that's back to normal now. I'm cutting back because the fatigue the 25mg was causing was not desirable. I also started taking my dose before bedtime per DG's recommendation...

This is all subject to change when I get my bloods in a week or two...
