Yeah I could easily go for about 2 months, but I had buds couldn't make 2 weeks. This stack is really something you have to feel out for yourself. Last time I did it for 1 day...had to concentrate to get pee out.

I do two weeks on and two weeks off of ephedrine. That works pretty well for me.

I just started this yesterday. Using Bronkaid 25mg, CVS (generic), caffeine 200mg, and CVS baby aspirin (81mg). Tried to read up on differences between Primatene and Bronkaid but it seems that everyone has a different opinion so I just went with the cheaper option. Also it appears that the baby aspirin is optional if you start getting stomach issues.

I can tell you that I sweat more and my breathing is different during cardio........................not bad, just different.

just started this a few days ago myself, also started rogaine and huperzine A at the same time. couldn't sleep and this morning my body is aching, mostly in the knees, lower back, joints etc. also had to concentrate a little more to piss. think it is all the ephedra?

i'm gonna stop it all, wait a week, and start one new thing at a time from now on. haha.

ya sounds like maybe your prostate may be a little swollen. just take a break from it for a day or so it will come back to normal

Ill add that apparently Im a paradoxical responder to the ECA stack. In other words, my body has responded opposite of what you would expect. It makes me think of someone with ADHD taking ritalin. My appetite is stronger than ever (no supression) and I get extremely tired about 30min after taking the stack. Either I take a nap or let the effects fade. I have continued on with the stack as I am having no other side affects and the stack seems to be working.
