Anstrazole also called arimidex is a fair option for controlling estrogen. It is an estrogen blocker where as aromasin cause the estrogen to suicide. It makes aromasin a better option. Anastrozole isn't really an option for combatting gyno but does work to prevent it.

IMO Arimidex is ok during cycle if that's what you prefer but Aromasin should always be used if you PCT to prevent any estrogen rebound. Personally I use Aromasin exclusively.
