E2 control while on cycle

My plan in the future (ive had this since 03) is to have it cut out. It was a small case of gyno, that just turned into a hypersensitive to hormones gland

Make sure you go see either your GP or an endocrinologist they will have the answers you seek, before seeing a surgeon.

Its there, in varying degrees when off. Sometimes its slightly inflamed, sometimes its totally gone. But yes had it looked at, back then. It gets inflamed when on cycle, and triples in size just about over night, then subsides when off. Considering i should be on trt (and was) i dont really come off. Ill just have it yanked out at some point, i dont intend on breast feeding lol

If a doctor has diagnosed you with having gyno then theres your answer. But to have it come and go seems very odd as true onset gyno usually does not go away on its own. I know everyone is different, and the doctors will know best.

The people i know that have true gyno have gyno, it does not go away or come and go. And the people that i know that have any lumps that come and go there is always a reason or source as to why their gland swells, but if your gland swells off cycle you have removed the source which would be the AAs (or other compounds). Strange situation you have going on, especially since you say it comes and goes.

What type of gyno did the doctor diagnose you with ?

Back then he equated it to pubescent onset. Which i just blew off because i already knew what it was. You cant see it really until it gets swollen, even then its slight. It will go from the size of a dime-ish to the size of a half dollar-ish right directly behind the nipple.

Ive had the same symptoms (lump behind nipple) one time was also during puberty and drug usage (marijuana), but i was diagnosed with pseudogyno and was told it should subside once i stop drug usage and my hormones(puberty) level out and it did. Second time ive had a "lump" behind the nipple i was running dbol and test with no AI and no PCT, went to see the doc told him the truth about AAS, thought it was gyno but was diagnosed pseudo after a mammograph and was advised to not use drugs or AAs and these could possibly form true gyno if usage continued and this was my reason for stimulating the gland to swell in the first palce (hormone imbalance). All went away after cycle. What matters most is what the doctor diagnosed you with, as both pseudo and true onset gyno can resemble the exact same

He was quite dismissive about it at the time, and i were running test e, without ai (my pre internet days) and my nippled itched unreal for a week.

One thing is regardless if its gyno or not, you can still have surgery to your nipple/chest if you feel as tho you do not like the contour. Doesnt have to be gyno to have surgery if you are not happy with your chest appearance

Another thing that is odd is that a doctor would usually not just diagnose you with gyno without ruling out terminal issues such as cancer or other possible major health issues that can resemble a lump behind the nipple, which is where the mammogram comes into play, especially as an adult. Maybe no mammogram was done due to you were an adolescent at the time of diagnosis ?

No I were 28 at the time, he felt around asked about weight loss etc etc, and was pretty dismissive. I mostly dont like it because it hurts if youre carrying something or hit it some how. Overall its just typically pretty small.

Usually when it swells im eating pretty heavily.

Im going to have to get bloodwork done when i get back from this trip, and see where everything is at. My gut tells me that (from last bloods) my shbg is quite high and i exogenous test get squished pretty quickly leaving with elevated e2..

I dont even know if that makes sense or not, but either way ill get it done when i get back.

have you gone to a plastic surgeon and asked their opinion on this? that's who i had do mine... no scars, etc... came out perfect and he immediately knew the issue, explained into detail etc... i dont like the fact that your doctor was so dismissive about it...

I really wish you the best of luck and hope u get this sorted out and resolved. I really do not like how you said your doctor was dismissive, that's actually the worse thing that he could do because he may have missed something or diagnosed you incorrectly who knows, which leaves you worse off then when you visit the doc in the first place. Its important to find a doctor that actually gives a dam, Defintiley run bloodwork and get re evaluated and go from there. And if you don't mind please let us know how things go,

^EXACTLY bro, doctors like this really piss me off. I have personal issues with doctors like this because my father was misdiagnosed with diabetes from the military hospital and we later found out he had this because he went into a sugar coma 2 years later. Long story short, it became his demise in April of 2014 unfortunately. If we would have know sooner he would have been able to opt for medication instead of instant dialysis which would have extended his life. It's a very real and terrible thing that there are doctors that practice medicine like this,
