hey was wondering my GF was on anavar for 8 weeks 5mg then tapered uup to 20mg has been off for 3 weeks now wondering how long she needs to be off before going back on i know most guys should be off same time on but with a girls low dose wondering if she can hop on earlier thank you.

U should always be a minimum of 8 weeks off any oral. The liver and health markers need to stabilize and return to normal to avoid some serious health effects

Even with women, I would recommend as much time off as on. There is a lot more factors to consider than just HPTA and suppression. Your health values get affected, liver, lipids, etc....so I would have her at least take another 5 weeks off (8 total) before jumping on.

A good alternative to have is to use sarms to bridge with between cycles. I would recommend she run a sarms stack during that waiting period if she is looking to keep progressing

This is definitely the recommended approach.

Women should PCT and remain off cycle/between cycles just as long as men would. If not even longer

That's correct. Another thing to consider is virilization. Women really need to stay at their normal hormone levels for a decent length of time to get their body more in balance. They have a lot more going on hormonally than us men do. Things like menstrual cycles, etc can take MONTHS to get back to normal after a cycle sometimes. I wouldn't recommend getting on a cycle without normalizing everything.

regardless of man or woman, we are still talking about a methylated oral steroid... cycle support needs to be used and plenty of time off needs to be included... i would go longer than 8 weeks as we are talking about an oral and not just a regular injectable... you don't want to continue to feed your body this type of toxicity... i would highly consider looking at sarms as a longer option in between her 8 week cycles... she can run 12 week sarms cycles, get MORE results in a FAR SAFER way and then have plenty of time off in between each oral cycle...
