How many guys use daily undulating periodization? And if so how do you set it up? What bodybuilding accessory excersise do you do?

You would train bench squat and deadlift three to four times a week using a power a speed and a hypertrophy day with added accessory movement as you see needed

Ah, i do something similar with Calves. one super heavy day, one high rep day maximal stretching.
 
I was thinking of doing

monday power bench squat deadlift ohp (abs)
Tuesday back acc arms and shoulder acc
Wednesday off
Thursday bench squat deads ohp abs strength
Friday should back arms acc.
Saturday off
Sunday bench squat ohp abs leg acc. Hypertrophy

Ive done it. Its great. It will get to you but I love it. Will be going back to it. It really takes a tole on the joints and workouts become very long those are the negatives. I do like it a lot though.

what are you ultimatly trying to do?
 
Get my compounds lifts stronger and build more muscle my body reacts well to frequency

Its not as productive to muscle growth I will say that. I modified it slightly....

Mon squats, sumo squats, cleans- minimal acessory work
Tuesday arms
Wednesday Dealifts, Sumo squats, heavy rows - minimal acessory work
Thursday rest
Friday Bench, close grip press, shoulder press - minimal acessory work
Saturday arms.
Sunday rest

It will whoop youre ass lol. Its something many cant handle. Thats for sure. at least they cant keep up with the diet required. Dude try it see what you think. Its fun.
 
Yeah think im gonna try it while I reverse diet out of my cut and do my rad140 log and see how it goes

It's really just not sustainable that's the only issue. You would wreck you're shit if you did it for say a year straight lol. Even 6 months.
