I can follow directions. And no, I know I'm not the first to have this idea. Or probably any idea..But I noticed that I haven't seen any explanations, or logs online showing or describing the results of high dosages. Sooo I thought I'd ask, in case other people had more insight on the topic. I wasn't saying I was gonna do it. I was just trying to find out why apparently nobody is doing it.

Im planning on taking LGD 4033 for my next cycle but I was wondering why the dose is always suggested at 10 mgs a day. What negative effects are expected to occur at 20+ mgs a day? Does it increase muscle gains but with more side effects. Or just more side effects? i.e. suppression?

here's why bro...

when you double the dose, your going to see nothing more in terms of gains... everything has a max where your only going to get so much out of it... im not sure why painkillers were brought up but you know what you get with painkillers when you start overdosing them? you find that it takes double, then triple, then quadruple the amounts to get you as high as you once were and what occurs from that? well, i GUARANTEE YOU that it takes YEARS and YEAR off your life and causes premature death... NOW, will that happen with LGD, no, but here's the point... you double the dose, what do you get... the law of diminishing return... you get no more in the gains department but YOU DO get the lovely sides im sure you dont want... far more suppression, higher probability of getting gyno, and not to mention a WASTE of money... so that's the answer to your question...

Point of dimishing returns. Just more sides with no more gains. Or the good ol' Jerry Seinfeld painkillers approach.

It's just called the law of diminished returns. The dosages are there for a reason. It's the best dosage to give you the best results at a reasonable risk/cost associate with it. If you doubled the LGD dose, any additional benefit if any would probably be imperceptible to you, yet you just wasted product, money, etc by running twice as much.....so keep the doses where we have them set. When you want to look for additional gains, add another compound or compounds and stack them. That's where the additional benefits really come into play

This is a long thread & admittedly I didn't read through it all,but there is ONE SARM I got better results from taking higher than the recommended dose & that's S4.I got decent results from the recommended 50mgs a day,but have gotten extremely noticeable results from upping it to 75-80mgs a day.
As far as I know & read that's the only SARM you can do that with,if you can stand the vision side effects.I haven't tried LGD or RAD yet but haven't read anything that suggests a higher dose would do you any good.Hope this helps.

Lol... pain pills are a different story bro... I've been on pain meds for the better part of 10 years and I love em and making cocktails up for my pains. A lil' Oxy and some flexeril, motrin and percocet, naproxen and damn near anything, lil tylenol 3 mixed with OTC pain meds... gets me some relief. And dosages.... those are just recommendations right? lol... Gotta take care of your liver and kidneys though... but I can honestly say I am the pain pill king of experimentation for pain relief. SARMs however have a targeted amount like you told the guy... when he shuts shit down and grows a mini-dick outta his dick he'll be happy. (Do the visual and try to not scream in agony seeing that on yourself)

I hear that bro.I have a high tolerance to pain meds as it is.When I got my shoulder surgery back in 2013 I went through a month's worth of percocets in about 10 days.It still didn't do much for the pain but it made a me a drooling idiot not really caring about the pain either.
I never felt pain like that in my life.It was my first & only surgery.It felt like they cut my arm off & reattached it.
