Don't eat this!

I have to stop buying ice cream. I cant stop eating it. I justify buying it by telling myself it is for my daughter then give her a bowl and I eat the rest over the next couple days. I gave up a bunch of bad habits and now sweets are my biggest vise. I think my body craves the sugar after all it was getting from the alcohol. I never thought I would give up drinking but it weas weird but one day a couple years ago I decided I was just over it. I'll drink on occasion but truely dont want to and try to avoid it.

Masybe I should try this version of ice cream.

Haha go big or go home ! I face a tub of ice cream once a month I'd say.. My next carb up / huge binge has already been purchased. I got a 25$ gift card to Ihop and I'm about to fucking dominate pancakces and maple syrup, sausage gravy and biscuits and all that good shit, just a matter of when !
Now you're talking! Epic cheats for the win! I have one planned tomorrow. I think I'm going to eat an entire large pizza to myself. Low carbs and high cardio all week are driving me insane!


Hell yes... I do this about once a month except I generally get a veal parm sub on a garlic bread roll and a whole pie and only eat about half the pizza. But definitely necessary to have cheats, even though I dont call them that
 
Ill give you guys props, that lean 10% and under is for the birds for me. 14 to 16% BF is where I like to stay, your diet can be much more flexible and enjoy the finer things in life. And the best part I'm still leaner and bigger then 99% of the population at that BF!

It's funny you say that, because I maintain 8% maximum year round and do it very easily. Let's put it this way. I eat 3 -4 cheat meals per week on workout days which includes pizza, burgers, Mexican, pretty much anything. At times I even enjoy ice cream, cheesecake, etc...

It's all about meal timing and balance. I eat clean 99% of the time, and keep up on my cardio on non workout days. Non workout days I am in a defecit where workout days I eat at a surplus. I maintain that balance and keep growing and growing while staying lean. I have found a perfect balance for me that works perfect to grow while staying shredded. It's quite easy once you figure out a method that works well for you.
