I can see how Steroids can hook you up mentally, but do they give physical addiction? When you are off, is it like some medicine that you have to get out slowly?

Hey brother, judging by some of the other questions you have asked as well, you need to do a lot more research as you obviously are lacking on knowledge about them. I know you just started a cycle which is probably not a good idea at all without knowing what you are doing.

Steroids are not addictive, but there is DEFNITELY a way to come off of them that is required or else you can seriously mess up your endocrine system. That is why post cycle therapy is required. Hopefully you know what that is and what to do, but I'm guessing that you do not. You need to help your body start producing natural testosterone on its own again, since it will be shut down on cycle. PCT is more important than the cycle itself. You also need to control estrogen on cycle with an aromatose inhibitor, which I'm guessing you do not have. If not, you could greatly increase your estrogen and get gyno.

Aromasin at 12.5mg EOD is generally advised for on cycle estrogen control

For PCT, this is everything that we recommend starting two weeks after your last injection

Nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 50/50/25/25
Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
MK-2866 25mg ED
GW 20mg ED

Nolva, Clomid and Aromasin are available form many sources here. I can get you a price list for biotech if interested.

The MK and GW are available from www.pureessencesarms.com

Hey bro Rick is giving you very good advice, it is very important to know what it is you're getting in to before you mess your self up, do the research and if you all ready started a cycle make sure that you have the proper post cycle therapy aka PCT in order for you to get everything running back to normal!

changing my life around one day at a time!!

Thanks for your advices. Yes, I was aware of cycles and restoring my natural hormones doing PCT. Also aware of aromatization. Indeed, Dylan videos helped a lot understanding hormones. Since, sustenon has the least amount of 'bloating' effect, I'm taking DIM to reduce estrogen and potassium to help remove water.

DIM use was my next question, I'll open a new topic for it.

I really appreciate you being concerned about my health.

You are incorrect that sustanon causes less water retention. That comes from diet, sodium, water, and estrogen control.

You also should be taking Aromasin for your estrogen

all of the "water retention" comments from test is bro science at its finest... the longer the ester, the more estrogen control you need because it converts at a higher rate... your diet and sodium as rick pointed out need to be controlled as well.. its really up to you if you hold water or not

Rick,

thanks for the info.

Physical dependence? No.

Mental dependence? Maybe.

You can get addicted to anything. There's nothing really addicting about things like eating. Yet lots of people have food addictions.

It's just another one of those things were moderation is key.

This is just strictly my opinion...but I really think people use the term "addiction" as an excuse for their actions most of the time. The word gets used entirely too freely these days for almost anything. Just like the word "disorder" for just about everything under the sun.

Agreed.

"I'm not a cheating piece of shit. I have a sex addiction."

It's called self control.
