Ok. I'll go...
So about 2 years ago I woke up and had to take a piss worse than I have ever had to in my life. When I went to piss I got no relief. Only a little came out. It got worse and worse over the weeks so I went to see multiple urologists. I ended up basically bedridden ,prettty fat, and compleely out of shape. I always felt like I had to uncomfortably take a huge piss but couldnt. They couldnt figure out what was wrong. Long story short, eventually one urologist determined that the muscles of my bladder werent working right. I was unable to relax the muscles enough to fully empty. I always had a pretty full bladder. The doc called it "pelvic floor disorder". They started treating the symptoms and over the course of many months with harsh meds they got less severe. They had me start physical therapy and the therapist insisted I loose the puedge. This is when I got back into the fitness game. As Piana says "do whatever the fuck it takes". I took that to heart, sucked it up, and now i'm a year back into my fitness journey and have lost about 45lbs.
I'm about 90% recovered but not yet perfect. I'm at about 18% bodyfat and on the road to getting to my ultimate goal of sub 15%.
So here's where we get to the good part. I was told off the record by one doctor that a test cycle or two has been shown to have regenerative effects on pelvic floor disorder. That is what led me to find this site and to find a good source. During the midst of all of this my wife had our 1st daughter. She is what inspires me when I dont want to get out of bed to do cardio, or when I dont want to eat another bland boring meal. I suck it up and do "whatever the fuck it takes". There was no way I was going to be bedridden when this little girl needs me.
Have any experience with this and know of any success stories? I have my 1st cycle and all ancilleries ready but will not even consider using any of it for a while. For now it's all mainly SARMS for me.
