Do steroids change the voice?

Hello everyone! I am a very fond person of singing, and in fact I earn some money by singing at parties and weddings. Was thinking of starting to juice myself up, but I am worried that my voice might change, and you understand, that it is very important for a singer to keep his voice. Will steroids change my voice? Thanks, and sorry for the silly question.

It is not a silly question bro. Mostly it is women who get this, but it can happen in men. BUT, this is usually from using too much for too long, and using the more harsh steroids.
If you were to do a sane cycle of 250-400 test, or 200/200 test/ deca, I really doubt that it would affect your voice. Plus it does not happen overnight. You would notice it happening. You may flat, or have some control problems on certain ranges that you never noticed before. It also does not always mean a change for the worse. It may just change you from soprano to tenor and you still have full control. So if you do a cycle then do a sane cycle. No heavy duty stuff and 12 weeks max.

Depends with men but a very possible as we all strt as female but we devolop into men so it depend show masculanized your vocal chords are if theres room too change its likely they will with wemon this is almost gareenteed with extensive usage of higher dosages . ive ran alot of gear for along time and never had a problem but I have a deep voice and very masculine traits so not alot of room to change

i completely agree... DEFINITELY not a silly question whatsoever... it definitely could happen... however, i agree with jake that it would probably only occur with using too much for too long... my thoughts are that a smaller cycle or just moderate so to speak would not have any sort of effect... of course that's not a million percent guarantee but the likelihood is much lower to say the least...

Well. If it depens your voice. That may be good. Look at barry white. The girls used to cream their jeans listening to him sing!!

So weird, I was just thinking about this. As in right now. My voice has just been raspy ever since I started injecting T, and now even raspier since Deca. Crazy.

I think it can happen with certain people, but not everyone. Probably more prone to happen to those that juice harder as said, but I think it also probably affects those guys with higher pitched voices more too....similar to how women are so easily affected.

I've never had a problem but I have a naturally deep voice

Not a silly question at all and definitely something for anyone who takes singing seriously should consider. I've been singing for 10 years, professionally for four years. I noticed a difference after starting gear a year and a half ago. I'm an operatic bass and my mid range is now much heavier and darker than it was before. Nothing serious or that can't be worked around, but it can happen.

And many girly-guys have high pitched voices.
Look at the Maroon 5 lead singer, whatever his name is
and... Justin Bieber

Yes if you're this type it can happen. My first cycle I noticed a slight change. I used to be able to sing reqlly high notes. If you're already pretty deep then maybe not. For women absolutely.

Thank you all guys - this is so good to get so much feedback here! In such case I will think twice before using steroids. In these days I have also read about SARMS - do you think the same kind of effects should be expected from SARM use? Thank you all

If you're a beta male your voice will probably deepen but if you were born an alpha bro then there's no worries...common sense hahahhah

Not at all. Sarms are way different than steroids and aren't going to give those type of effects. That's why they are 100% safe for females as well, because they don't give the masculinity effects such as deepening of the voice. That is limited to testosterone and their derivatives (steroids)
