DNP: Don't Do It!

Ok so like some of you I thought about good ol DNP for quick weight loss. Well have you ever heard of TINSTAAFL s law?

That is There Is No Such Thing As A Free Lunch. I tried DNP for all of a week. What the fuck was i thinking. Just like muscular gainz nothing comes without a price be that price hard work, pain, financial struggle etc.

I'll not go into detail but let's just say DNP sucks, even at so called "low doses".

Feel like shit all day, wake up drenched in sweat all night. And for what to lose a few pounds.

This shit literally burns you up from the inside.

Yup, great for herbicide or as a detonator for explosives but to lose fat??

Never again. i'll take the $75 worth of DNP and burn that shit up.

My life is way too valuable.

Yes it sure does amp up your metabolic rate.

I'd think T3 or T4 a safer but however best of all is good old cardio.

I'm just so shocked that with all the options out there, people still consider it. To me it's like the false prophet of the bodybuilding world. It's actual poison, running temp of 102?? You'll cook your brain, not to mention your Hypothalamus will most likely just give out or get seriously damaged trying to regulate your body temp. It's a deal with the devil if there ever was one, you trade years of your life, to shed some pounds. Zero Chill.
