So here's the plan. Light weight and shit loads of reps. 135 pound squats x 150 burnout sets, Step ups (box) w/45lb db's x 100 and 50 @ 30lbs, dead hang pull ups x 100, Dips weighted x 100 followed by deep tissue massage and sauna. Simple enough, fast enough, but I don't think he's used to it. I used to do this long ago at 150 reps each. I'll be doing it with him so he can see that old age is whooping his ass if he gets to whining.
