you are completely right though, leucine is what builds muscle after a workout... people think its just protein but its the whey that contains leucine... i literally stopped drinking protein drinks after the gym the last month and switched to just bcaas with high leucine content and i can tell the difference..
That looks good, I just got some Ben and Jerrys for me and the familyI've taken to mixing leucine with ice cream post workout and then having my meal. Tonight it's a chili's steak and shrimp with a triple berry ice cream and cake muscle builder appetizer.

leucine is the real deal bro... barely anyone actually knows and understands how it works but im glad your seeing it bro!Dude seriously!!! The other day at work my delts were killing me from an intense workout after a very long break... I mean BAD soreness. I had a shake with nothing but ice cream, 10g leucine and a 1/2 scoop of syntha 6 and The soreness was virtually gone within 4-5 hours. Now could there have been other factors? Maybe. But with that kind of muscle pain going away that fast... I dunno. I've never had that happen before.
