Deca / Test cycle

Hi Guys I am wanting to run my first deca cycle and would appreciate some advice as I have read a lot of conflicting things on what and what not to take.

I have the following available

* Test enanthate
* Sustanon 250
* Aromasin
* HCG 5000iu
* Dostinex
* Nandrolone 250
* Clomid
* Nolvadex

I was thinking of running test at 300mg and deca at 200mg per week along with Dostinex and Aromasin but I am worried about shut down and doing permanent damage as id like to have kids one day so I have the following questions.

Should I be running HCG while on cycle (I have only used it in PCT in the past)?
I understand nolvadex is no good for this cycle so would I be ok just running HCG and Clomid for PCT?
Would I gain any thing switching from test enanthate to sustanon 250 half way through cycle? (I have not taken sustanon 250 before)

Any info would be appreciated
 
Bro you sound like you don't have much of a clue. How old are you? Is this your very first cycle? How tall,weight,BF?
I will touch on a few of your questions but it makes no sense for me to answer your questions if you should not be using steroids.
No you do not run hcg on cycle. Aromasin is used on cycle and in pct. Nolvadex is for pct, and so is clomid.
It makes no difference whether you use sustanon or testE. Yes there will be shut down, but that is why we use pct.
Shutdown is based on what compounds, how long and how much. Caber is needed if you are gyno prone and use high amounts of deca.

Now....stop reading anywhere else. You are in the best hands available here.The guys here are all no nonsense experts and know this stuff backwards and forwards, so make this your last stop.

Thanks for your reply Jake. It probably sounds like I don't know what I'm doing as I didn't go into much detail... I'm 32 6ft and weigh 160 pounds and bf around 16%. I have done two testosterone only cycles before using arimidex while on cycle and HCG/Clomid/Nolvadex as PCT.
This is what I was going to do before I starting reading more on the net

Week 1 - 10 200mg deca
week 1 - 12 300mg test
week 1 - 12 12.5mg Aromasin (EOD)
week 1 - 10 dostinex .25mg (every 4 days)
week 13 - 16 HCG 5000iu (once week)
week 14 - 18 Nolvadex 40/20/20/20 Clomid 50/50/25/25

But from what I understand nolvadex is no good to use in PCT with a deca cycle?
 
bro, you cant use steroids being that much underweight... your 160 pounds at 6 feet... thats really undersized... you can EASILY gain 20 lbs. on your own naturally if not more... you clearly have trouble with your diet and training and the fact you've already done two cycles previously and ARE STILL this far underweight does not indicate you have a clue what your doing... in fact its the adverse... you can't put this much strain on your body with rapid growth from steroids... what will happen is that you will put so much strain on ligaments, tendons, bones, joints etc. that you are going to be nothing but a walking injury... you will only gain size to where you could get naturally and your setting yourself for a very difficult time gaining anything in the future... very very very poor decision your making right now
 
Thanks for your advice Dylan. I started off at 136 pounds 4 years ago and managed to get myself to 165 pounds naturally over 3 years. I then only took my first cycle of test-e when I didn't see my body changing at all within a year. I jumped to 178 pounds within 6 weeks on it. I then dropped back to 174 pounds off cycle and gained nothing from my second cycle of test-e. I have been sick and have lost 13 pound over the past 4 weeks through not eating enough. If I don't force the food in my body wants to go back to 136 pounds
I'm on 5000 calories a day and training 6 days a week, ive always been a really skinny guy and I tend to put on too much bf when I try really force feed myself any more

I then took my first cycle of test-e and jumped to 178 pounds within 6 weeks. I then dropped back to 174 pounds off cycle and gained nothing from my second cycle of test-e. I have been sick and have lost 13 pound over the past 4 weeks through not eating enough. If I don't force the food in my body wants to go back to 136 pounds
I'm on 5000 calories a day and training 6 days a week, ive always been a really skinny guy and I tend to put on too much bf when I try really force feed myself any more

Bro there's no possible way you are eating 5000 calories per day and staying 160 lbs. are you tracking and weighing everything? You obviously have some huge holes in your diet. Post up your diet and we can help you fix it.

Thanks for your help. Heres roughly what I'm eating daily and yes I weigh every thing

Pre breakfast: 2 pinapple rings, 50g protein shake
Breakfast: 100g Oats, 4 strawberrys, One tablespoon of oil
Morning tea: 300g Meat, 220g sweet potatoe, 20g almonds, Broccoli / Beans
Lunch: 300g Meat, 220g potatoe, 20g walnuts Broccoli / Beans
Afternoon tea: 300g meat, 80g (raw weight) rice Broccoli / Beans
Dinner: 300g meat, 220g Sweet potatoe. Broccoli / Beans
Bed: 50g Protein shake

I had my carbs at 300g per meal for a while but I got belly fat

this is exactly what i was talking about.. you didnt gain a thing on your second cycle because you ran steroid being so underweight and now your about to make the same mistake twice? what did you not learn from the first time through bro? do you really have to learn the hard way AGAIN? you have NO BUSINESS using steroids right now... you need to leason man.. you weigh too little, your body fat is too high etc... just stop until your ready... why must you learn the hard way?

Hey Dylan I respect your opinion and greatly value your advice but I feel as though you are shooting me down for some thing I'm expected to know. No one has every told me not to use steroids due to being the weight I am.
I came on this forum for advice so I can do things the right way.... I also came on here for advice while on my first cycle and gave my stats and no one said to me I was under weight and not to use steroids. I only decided to take testosterone after I felt I had pushed my body to as far as it could go naturally and had not managed to gain any more muscle over a year of training naturally. For my whole adult life my weight has sat around 136 pounds and I am naturally a very very skinny guy. Achieving 185 pound of lean muscle at 16% bf or less naturally is not possible for my body. As you can see by my meal plan I'm doing my very best here to change my body into some thing it doesn't want to be.
I am not some stupid young kid... I am 32 and own 2 businesses and If I'm eating as much as I am and training as hard as I am I want to see results and if I'm not getting them I want to do some thing to change that.

Thanks for your help guys I will continue to increase my food intake and try to gain some more weight before starting another cycle

Point is you HAVE NOT gone as far as you can naturally. Period. It's hard to believe you gave your stats here and heard no one tell you to stay away. If that's the case we must've all been sleeping or something. If you're 160lbs and 16% BF then you have about 140lbs of lean mass man. You're not training right if you're taking in those calories. Take a short break from lifting and then busy yoyr ass AGAIN. You just hit a plateau you did not reach your natural potential.
