I'm on TRT for life, doctor prescribed, at a dosage of 175mg/wk. I recently was on a cycle that included NPP, which helped immensely with my shoulders. Both have issues and at least one would require surgery if I wanted to be free of pain. I am not at that point yet where I want to pursue that option, I can get by with the discomfort and still perform most activities, including lifting weights as long as I'm careful. Since coming off the NPP, the discomfort has come back to a higher degree. I am thinking of taking a low dose of Deca long term to get some of that relief back. I realize it doesn't heal the injury, but if the NPP clearly helped, then getting on Deca long term seems reasonable to me. My question is if this is safe to do long term, like year round, to go along with my TRT of Test Cyp? If so, what would be a good dosage, and would I still need to look at something like Caber or anything else to go along with it? Keep in mind when I was on NPP, I took it at 400mg/wk with no caber and didn't have any prolactin issues. If it's of any significance, I'm 46, 6 '1", 230lbs, around 13-14% BF. Thank you
