DC training???

Have you trued it and What is your opinion of DC training?

Tried it? Hell yes I tried it. It's my preferred form of training for well over 4 years now, and there's no other program that has given me more size and strength in a given time frame.

I will say that it's a training system that must be done EXACTLY like it's laid out, or it won't be worth a damn. You can't half ass it or you won't get shit from it, but bust your ass and put it all out there and it just doesn't get any better in my opinion.

The high frequency and high intensity with low volume approach maximizes muscle gain and recovery to the fullest extent while really capitalizing on the progressive overload concept.

It's not for everyone by any means, but it's my bread and butter. The creator of DC Dante Trudel is a man that has turned average guys into monsters with this program time and time again, so it's definitely proven. It sure has for me. Ive put on a lot of mass on it over the years and continue to grow on it to this day

If I'm understand its 3 sets of one exercise for one muscle group 11-15 reps? Don't really grasp it

Only one working set that is rest paused into 3 mini sets (only 20 seconds rest in between) to failure for a total of 11-15 reps per muscle group.
