before gw was around, i tried many otc products on this and generally all fell short... lean xtreme was the only one that did much of anything... generally what you get is minimal and they are still generally around $40 a bottle and your not getting a fraction out of them... lean x treme is decent but nothing in comparison.. its a joke with that in mind...
