If you wanna break some plateaus fuck the slow concentrated, I'm not saying I don't do them but I definitely do power more....do you hit your legs and back hard too? Squats, deadlifts, bent over rows? Building that hard thick muscle is important, having that good base...I know some will say opposite with the tren, but if I were you, I'd go with deca...when combined with test, at like a 2:1 test:deca ratio...I think you'd see some unreal growth...on it, my joints feel amazing, strength is through the roof, you just have to watch out for the prolactin sides which suck majorly...

This is my exact thoughts as well. If you are looking for growth, I'd go with Deca over Tren no doubt. I grow much much more on Deca than Tren, and the sides are much more manageable. I also agree with running the test and Deca at a 2:1 ratio of test to Deca. That worked beautifully for me
