I have no desire to be a competitor. My only competition is myself and I am a bit of a perfectionist. My goal is lean gains and strength. I usually work out about an hour a day. I lean more towards lifting heavy with low reps. 1800 to 2000 calories a day with 80 to 120 grams of protein has worked ok for me. What else do you suggest and at what point if any is steroids and option?
For the stage you are at right now, steroids shouldn't be considered until you are at a more advanced state with your physique, experience, and training. They can have bad virilization side effects on women and it's best to avoid them if possible
However there are some great alternatives for women out there.
