Hi. I have listened to some of your videos and am amazed at your knowledge. I am a 50 year old female, 120lbs, 5'4". Not sure if it matters but I have had a complete hysterectomy and take Premarin 0.125 mg a day. I have no health issues that I am aware of. I started lifting about 8 months ago and I love it. I ran a 16 week cycle of Equipoise with no side effects and I loved the results. I injected 75 mg a week. I have been off of it for about 8 weeks. I want to run a cycle of Equipoise, Anavar, and Primoboline but am having trouble finding information on a cycle of the three for a female. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

you can't use sterods after lifting for only 8 months... your not a competitor or a pro... you have NO BUSINESS using steroids whatsoever... your going to do a number on yourself... there's no way on the planet earth ANYONE will advise steroid use to ANYONE who has only been lifting 8 months... not a chance on earth..

I have no desire to be a competitor. My only competition is myself and I am a bit of a perfectionist. My goal is lean gains and strength. I usually work out about an hour a day. I lean more towards lifting heavy with low reps. 1800 to 2000 calories a day with 80 to 120 grams of protein has worked ok for me. What else do you suggest and at what point if any is steroids and option?

For the stage you are at right now, steroids shouldn't be considered until you are at a more advanced state with your physique, experience, and training. They can have bad virilization side effects on women and it's best to avoid them if possible

However there are some great alternatives for women out there. you need several years of training before you even consider steroid use... you have literally done nothing naturally or on your own... you cant just jump into steroids without doing anything on your own... thats not how it works... you have it way backwards... if someone told you this was okay, you were extremely misled and they are very wrong for doing that... if this is just you thinking it, well, your a million miles off..

for your goals, this is the cycle i would go with...



1-12 sr9009 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 mk-2866 12.5 mg first two weeks then bump to 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
