Sorry guys, jeez, this was an email I sent to Dylan asking a simply question that ended up on a forum and you guys are giving me shit for not listing every possible detail :/, I didnt know this would be posted but anyway...my bad, il give the run down. I decided since posting this that I am not going to run Ostarine in the PCT due to the suppression issue that I've read about, not worth it to me, I will run it on it owns in the future to see if it is all that it claims.
I am 23 ,been training for about 5 years, seriously for about 4(diet and training). I am 5'7, started off lifting weighing 128lbs in 2011(may have grown half an inch since), since that I have put on a lot of weight, currently at 177lbs, I am relatively lean about 9% body fat the last time I checked. I train primarily for powerlifting but the past year I had a set back, torn my MCL so that put a damper in my training, especially since I was used to doing lower body work at least 2 times a week. Since that injury I have almost recovered all my strength but still not quite there. Max Lifts pre injury : Bench- 295, Squat - 415 and Deadlift - 445. Current Maxs : Bench - 280(leg drive makes a difference), Deadlift - 435 and Squat - 365. I chose Epistane as I did not want to run a wet compound, At 5'7 the puffy look isnt what Im shooting for, so it seems to be the right choice. Also I know it has positive results when it comes to strength which is important to me of course as I do plan on competing again this year.
I am on my second week , First week ran 20mg and this week I started 30mg, and will continue to run 30mg for another 2 weeks. No weight gain yet but I am visibly leaner and more vascular, BP was high last week but I was still using caffeine, I have since cut that out and it has helped. Back Pumps havent come in yet but I am ready for them with some Taurine if needed. I am running Hcgenerate as well on cycle to keep the jewels nice and plump. I did notice maybe a slight lethargy issue in the first week but i ignore it for the most part and it didnt have any effect on training intensity , in fact my workouts have been awesome, the energy and focus is non stop, I have to force myself to leave the gym. Penis still works, I tested it on my gf and she had no complaints. Eating 3200 calories a day, It would be a slight calorie surplus for me, I didnt not want to use it to cut as I primarily am looking for strength gains with a little lean mass if possible so not over doing the calories. So far so good, I am not sure why I am receiving such negative feedback, I literally went off what Dylan said about Epi in his video, I have Nolva and plan on running 20/20/10/10 for 4 weeks as I've read on multiple forums, i will be taking an OTC PCT as well, tribulus, and another bottle of Hcgenerate if needed. I am using cycle support, milk thistle, fish oil, joint support, multi and melatonin as well. So whats missing guys ? Please explain why I am an idiot, I look forward to it lol. I have Arimistane as well but I may not use it in the PCT as I've been reading and apparently most people say it is not needed. You never mentioned that orals "needed" to be ran along side Test, I can see how that would be optimal but this is my first time using anything outside creatine so I figured I keep it simply. I have read many people who run stand alone cycles of Epistane with good results. My goal is to add strength and I am doing enough assistance work to induce the hypertrophy that comes along with it. Alright now shoot....what am I doing wrong?
