I’m from EU my English is not perfect so I make myself short and clear as possible.
I’m 40 years old / 20 years doing all kind of sports, fitness to, never taken any steroids.
I really just need a boost for my physic for looking better, I’m lean 84 kg.
I watch all of your videos and make some plan (send to you via XLS as attachment), and if you just take a look on that what do you think the dosing, if I need PCT, how long do I need it going to maintain me health, basically all what you are presenting on the channel really speaks to my.
I was thinking doing TRT, but didn’t really find what kind of stuff to take how long etc.
I’m not looking for bulking, but for good hard quality gains and good mental statement and healt.
Can you please write me the right direction, how to do it right ? J
