Hello mate quick question, how should I stagger a cycle of test and equipoise being that a test cycle should be 12 weeks and an eq cycle should be 16+?

Normally you would just continue the test for 16 as well.

You wouldn't stop test at 12. If you run EQ
16, you run test 16

you dont "stagger" anything.. they are both ran 16 weeks when you run eq
