Cycle advice for a 1st timer

Hi dylan first of all thanks for all the information you put out your videos are great. I have a few questions but first I'll tell you a bit about myself. I'm 33 turning 34 this fall I have been training since I was 13 all natural. I'm 5'11 203lbs around 13%bf. My diet is clean (other than the random chip or cookie my 4 yr shares) and my sleep could be better but I work long hours. 2 years ago I started feeling like dog shit always exhausted and struggling to get through training. I gained a little fat and have been doing my best to stay in shape. I have always wanted to push my body to the next level be lean and more muscular Than I am today.I went to my doctor and my test level came back at 401. I asked him if he thought that was low he said no no your fine your just getting old! OK so I placed an order around 3 weeks ago and still haven't started. I planned on running Test E at 500 and dbol for the first 4 weeks at about 25-30 a day. I also purchased arimidex and clomid I planned on a 16 week cycle. I have also considered staying on a low dose of TRT after the 16weeks.125-250mgs of Test a week since my levels are in the low 400's. Do you recommend I come off fully after? What is your go to PCT combo after a cycle? I really want to maximize the benefits of this and feel good and Improve my body with this journey. Thanks for any advice you might have. I've been training a long time but age catches up to you and 10yrs active service with 5 tours to the middle east really racked up the miles on my body. Have a great day and hope to chat soon
 
Bro... you need to do some serious research on long term testosterone use
Your natural test level is mid range.....going on TRT opens up a whole host of other factors
It effects shuts down/alters up to 300 other hormonal processes
You don't just say oh I'll pin 125-250mg per week of test...it doesn't work like that
Your natural test production is a valvuable resource that needs to be guarded at all costs...
TRT is a protocol of last resort for those that can't maintain a healthy level of natural
production

you are inadvertently contradicting yourself.. you are saying you want to feel good and improve you body gut then on the same hand you are being so reckless... you have never ran a cycle and you want to jump right in with not only multiple compounds, which is basically rule #1 and then you want to run a trt dose for a short time which literally makes no sense.. if you are going to do trt, its for life not for a few month...



when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for... GW and MK prevent the rise in cortisol... not only that but they keep you performing at a level you were while on cycle being the ultimate performance enhancers they are... on top of the fact that mk2866 is the ultimate for healing and recovery, which is imperative in pct as well as keeping strength up to a very high level... gw will also treat cholesterol and blood pressure, which are definitely things that need addressed in pct as well…

This all important information to me and I'm glad I have a few answers. Like I stated I'm new to all of this I've done some reading and watched videos about first time cycles. Even after that there are still so many factors and risks involved I'm sure. My test level was a 401 I remember a video stating that that's low for muscle growth and recovery. I know we all do things for different reasons mines simply to improve on my self. I've been as lean as I can get naturally lol and I looked sick haha yes I had abs but at 170lbs now I'm wanting to move up past my natrual limit and be healthy and muscular. So many times people reccomend dbol as a kick start is that wrong? Hell do you guys not even recommend a cycle? I'm not going about this recklessly that's why I'm here asking the questions and even if I had all my gear on hand and decided I don't need it I have no problems destroying it. Dylan yes I'm aware if I were to start a low dose I would have to stay on for the rest of my life. It was something I consheed. If not going on cycles and coming off like yourself and many on the fourms do would be the path I take. Which is the best choice between the two? .. That's why I'm here

I am willing to bet your bodyfat is probably higher than you are leading to believe as well. At 13% bodyfat you should have noticeable separation and ab definition. A pic will help if you have one to post up. My point is you probably should be in better shape before using steroids. What does your diet look like exactly? What is your macros and caloric intake? Are you tracking everything?

If you do a cycle it needs to be the right way....which is test only...period. You also need to lose this idea about just staying on. You are basing everything off of one test which was still in range and you are doing nothing to raise your numbers which can easily be done. It sounds like you are trying to justify it in your own mind and you want validation from us to do that which we won't condone.
 
You could be right rick I might be upwards of 15% I do have an definition still but not like I did. Im in good shape and have been training over 19years. Took a year off in 2006 to heal from injury but solid since then. My post states is to wise to cycle on and off? Or stay on a low dose? 2 questions there and I'm clearly open minded and looking for helpful information.. Meaning I'm not leaning towards any direction and want the advice and input from experienced users. Validation is not what I'm after in anyway I'm looking for options and advice. Trust me I'm sure a lot of you are sick and tired of answering the age old question like mine. But as stated I'm in my 30's train hard 4-5 times a week and eat clean with the occasonal cheat meal done the blood work and have the ability to make the wise choice and ask for advice before pinning my self and regretting it. I know test is the best way to start and honestly that's about all I'm interested in running. Just an over view of my current macros for you are.
P 220,C180,F100 I change them up depending on what my body does along with raising and lowering.

Yes, cycling on and off is exactly what you should be doing. Staying on should only be done if you arson doctor prescribed TRT because you cannot sustain normal testosterone levels. There's no reason for you to stay on at all.

For your first cycle, this is how I would structure it. Then get bloodwork 3 weeks or so after pct to see where you are at

1-12 test C 350mg per week
1-12 Aromasin 12.5mg EOD

11-14 HCG 500iu twice per week

PCT starting two weeks after last injection
