cutting diet.

Hey guys,

I need some help getting through the end of my cutting phase. Currently I'm on cycle ( TREN ACE 225MG\week pinning 75 mg EOD Masteron 100mg EOD CYP 300mg\Week switching from CYP to PROP soon and adding WINNY to the end of the cycle and I'm wondering about dosing for both the PROP and the WINNY.
I protect myself with anastrozol currently and I have better A.I, P.I, and PCT SERMS on the way. Still got about 6 weeks to go with this.

Anyways, The main thing I would like help with is my diet during this phase. My stats are as follows

AGE 32, HT 5'11" WT 175 BF 13.7% down from 15% from bulking..... I know. I let it get kinda sloppy :( I workout 5-6 days with many 2 trip days )
Current Nutrient intake. Rest days Calories 2670. 240g carbs 270g protein 70g fat
Workout days Calories 2670. 270g carbs 240g protein 70g fat
If this needs work let me know. As stated above the fat is coming off but now I feel kinda flat.
I forgot to mention that I've been lifting for 8 years.

This is the first time that I've really tried to cut and I want to commit but I'm starting to look flat now that my carb intake is down. Should I try carb cycling or is nutrient timing more important? Any info is helpful and any constructive criticism will be welcomed as experienced wisdom

I'm not sure how you think you look flat when your carb intake is still 240-270g per day. That's still higher than it should be to cut at your current stats in my opinion. When you cut you get smaller because you cut the fat that comes from everywhere around your body. That's just part of the mind game and why you think you look flat probably. I don't think your calories are low enough, and that's mostly because your carb intake is too high. At 175 lbs, you should probably be more like 2k-2300 Max to cut in my opinion.

You're the man RickRock. I'll try cutting my calories down more. Should I change my macro split, or keep the %'s the same and work from there?

I would definitely change your macro split, like rickrock said your carbs are way too high!! I like the 50/30/20 split myself. 50 protein 30 carbs 20 fats

Yes I would change the split to something with lower carbs and fat and higher protein. Possibly something like 50/30/20

yeah i dont get the "flat" thing either, your Cals seem too high for trying to Cut, and i wouldnt change your Macros around on rest or gym days - just on Rest days lower your Carbs to lower your Caloric intake. you could probably cut some fat as well, because I eat 3000 to 3500 cals a day and i eat between 70-90g of fat a day.

I have to agree with rick on the diet bro. Also sometimes when it was time to come off of tren I felt flat. I did not need to know the tren cycle was over by looking at the calendar. I could feel it. I did not feel strong,was kind of tired, yet I was 500 cals about maintainence, so it was not diet for me. If you cut your carbs in half you would be in the cutting mode.
 
In my cycle I'm using Winny and Masteron. is it ok to run two DHT's at a time, or will they just be fighting over receptors..... This is the first time I've used Winny :shock:

Thanks for the advice Man. I changed my macros to 50/30/20 as suggested. I played around with the calories a little and I'm happy to report that as of this morning I am
5'11" 172 lbs and 8.75% BF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just for your info I eat exactly half the carbs that you eat. Your calories should be less than 2300, and 2000 would be better if you really are serious about lowering your BF
 
I'll be perfectly honest with cutting diets. I tried to do the cutting diet at my last show and didn't help for me, the judges said I wasn't lean enough and came in at 13% bf. I didn't have a coach at the time and now with one it has made the world of difference.

I do morning fasted HIIT cardio 4x a week right now for 30 minutes. I take yohimbine, L-Carnitine, 7-keto, and green tea extract. That right there will get you shredded. I'm sure when I cut my cuts will be even more noticeable. I've been doing fasted cardio since week 14 i'm now on week 8 and I'm very happy with where I'm at cutting nearly 4% bf in 6 weeks. Yes trendione has helped me however I ran trendione for the last show and never got this lean.

Do the cardio, it sucks but that's what gets you lean.

cardio is great, especially swimming. BUT another idea to help you cut up is to run supersets or tri sets while working out. so if youre hitting chest and back for instance, do a set of bench, then immediately go to Chin Ups, then back to bench, etc. This will Shred you up quite a bit by itself..

Ya 13% would be no good. Usually on stage like you mentioned you wanna be around 4.

I was just at 4ish. I train FST-7 cardio I keep to maybe 30 a day. But really man its your diet and your understanding of nutrition like that's the biggest key.

Also understanding how to purge your body of toxins.

Understanding the oddities that will fuck you over. For example, pick up any pre work out or vaso dialator. Money has it, it probably has glycerin or.some dirrivitave. That's gonna bloat you. Just an example of many but you get the idea.

It all shares a synergistic relationship.
