Just getting back into the gym this past year after tearing a tendon and breaking my collarbone. Have lost about 40 pounds and my bench went from under 100 pounds to 215 so far but iv gotten stuck on strength gains and weight loss.
I'm 6'4 and 215 and a little over 15% body fat. Want to get down under 10% bodyfat before I start bulking but I was having trouble losing weight anymore. So I went on maintenance calories for two weeks then just started a S-4 and GW-501516 with a restricted diet again (1800 calories) I'm currently doing a two day split mon-wen-fri but my strength recovery and endurance in the gym seems off the charts now, But my weight loss has been relatively slow. My question is on the GW-501516 what should my calorie intake be and should I be in the gym more than three days a week now.

What are your macro ratios right now? How much cardio are you doing? Caloric level isn't the only important thing to go by for fat loss. You need the right combinations of fats, carbs, and proteins.

I suggest you read my diet and nutrition sticky for diet help

Macros look like 50% protein 30% carbs and 20% fat. Haven't been as faithful with my cardio as its boring but I try to get 2-3 days a week of 45 minutes of cycling or treadmill.
