Quick question from me as I’ve read and followed a lot of your guidance, but need this clarifying …. Here you say umbrella labs have a great niche of tasteless liquids so you can take it sublingually which gives you optimum absorption. However on another post from last year you told a user to stop taking it sublingually as it’s stupid and nobody should do that. It’s left me quite confused bro so can you clarify if taking sarms sublingual is effective or not please?
It is very stupid to attempt to do if you dont have the poly cell formula , which umbrella makes exclusively... you are more than welcome to attempt to take it sublingually with a normal carrier and see how it turns out for you if you like... if not for the poly cell formula, you would never want to attempt it... the formula was designed and made for that specific purpose
