Ok guys. Ive touched on this before but i guess the message wasnt getting thru

When you have a concern ask ONE person. If you are working with that person do not i repeat do not email every rep with the same question. If you are emailing me wondering about an order then be patient and wait for me to find out whats happening with shipping. If i tell you ill find out whats going on just wait. Dont email each rep asking the same thing. All you are doing is slowing down the process.

If i say im going to look into it that means i will and be patient and wait for an answer.
