I was really hoping this would not turn into a hate crossfit thread. I've been smashing weights in the gym for 14 years. I believed everyone one here had one thing in common and that was enjoying working out and being into fitness. Why does it matter if one guy likes to work out "x" way and another "y" way. I enjoy the family you get with crossfit and the olympic lifts. Thought I could come on here to get some solid advice and not bashed for how I like to workout.

Lol, by no means was I bashing you bro. The irony of what you said you sought and what you stated was your training was funny to me. It was as if you were saying xfit couldn't get you that. I was under the impression that xfitters had all those things. My gym had a xfit phase for about 4 months I suspect they train at one of the many xfit warehouse gyms now. I applaud anyone who lifts AND pushes themselves. The only lifters I bash intentionally are the wads who've been at my gym just as long as me and have zero to show for it except a tank top and weight belt. I will say this, you guys and powerlifters have a very friendly community whereas dudes like myself have to deal with stares, whispers and hating because we're so competitive that anyone bigger than someone else has to be 'cheating'... nature of the beast I guess. Apologies to any unintended offense you might've felt. I don't and won't xfit, but see the friendly atmosphere it has.

Crossfit set itself back 100 years by simply existing and drawing in hipsters, skinny fats, and semi-muscular dudes who open up gyms in every town selling overpriced "weight loss workout programs" to dudes that dont lift into a fitness fad of lifting but somehow still being better than bodybuilders due to them having "functional strength" while still eating fast food and having abs and televised competitions even tho 5 years ago they didnt even exist. 10 years from now they will be just as popular as they were 10 years ago.

No offense to you Capt. Joe, this is just my observation.
Actually it's been around since 2000 and it's growing more and more every yet. Sorry you had a bad experience where you were it happens. They have bad coaches and bad box's just like that have bad trainers and globo gyms. The box I go to is full of people from 13 to I think out oldest couple is 76 and married 60 years. We have regional games athletes deadlifting 500+ squatting 500+ for reps, cleaning 365+ snatching in the 300s. And 90% of the compedative athletes are 5 to 7% body fat year around. An the guys at my gym eat burger King once a week on cheat but follow strict meal plan with nutrient timing to him them perform. And most of them look better year-round than what bodybuilders look for those two weeks.

Anyone can go into a globo gym and pick up dumbells. Not just anyone off the street can go into a gym and do a clean and jerk or snatch our snatch balance or handstand push-ups can you?

Can you at any given time just go run a 5k and not really worry about endurance? Or take your kids to a fun run a keep up.

It takes hard work amd dedication to build muscle like you guys do and I have the utmost respect for that.

It also takes hard work and dedication to build the muscular endurance that Crossfitters have.

Sadly you do have shitty gyms and coaches who don't know Jack and make us look Back the same goes for the trainers where you get a cert off the Internet.

I went and lifted with my buddy who is a body builder and I could not finish his chest workout and when he comes with me he is outside puking and has trouble finishing.

At the end of the day everyone is striving for the same thing, they want to look better naked, they want to feel better about them self, and they want to live a healthier lifestyle.

I know you said you only commemted.off what you have see but it's not like that everywhere. Just like they don't have disrespectful meat heads who talk shit about all the people trying to get in the gym and feel better about them self.


As to the post GW and SR will give you the effect of a 3rd lung. Good luck in the open if you are competing

this is just another instance where i feel there should be no animosity amongst each other because we are all supposed to be on the same team... whether one is training for bulking, cutting, for endurance purposes or what the fuck ever it may be, we are all athletes in a sense and we all are after the same goal, that is achieving something in our fitness world... plain and simple.. of course there are people in each category who flat out suck and bring negative light to certain aspects but that should not be indicative of everyone whatsoever... im not a crossfitter and never would be however i respect what they do... its not for me but thats fine, because perhaps what i do is not for them either... i just have a level of respect for anyone that is at least trying to improve themselves and putting in the work for it

Maybe you should use the search bar and read everyone's feedback on sarms. Furthermore everyone has an opinion just like they have an asshole, but frankly not all of them are pretty.

Read the threads here about Dylan as well, and you can get your own opinion from there.
 
I do take back my words, i realise a lot of guys here may be fans of xfit and in reality anyone trying change there life for the better with any type of physical activity should be commended and respected. Idk what got into my comments the other night and i do apologize for my rant.

You shouldn't just take the opinions of others and make it your own. A lot of those guys probably never even tired sarms. I do apologize for not offering anything helpful to your thread earlier. But if you really want to know then you cant take someone elses word for it, try it out yourself. Just do a 12 week run of GW-501615, GW is actually not a sarm but it really works. It will raise your endurance by 2 fold and help you burn fat and get lean as long as your diet allows. Its also not suppressive so you wont need a pct after a 12 week cycle just grab some GW and go worry free.

Altho sarms are much more effective if you run an entire stack designed for your goals. I am getting ready to run GW, Ostarine and S4 during my next steriod cycle. Ive tried them all before except Ostarine and if my opinion still means anything to you then in my experience they work for sure. But dont take my word for it, or anyone elses try ir yourself bro.

If you are unfamiliar with them id watch some of dylans videos regarding sarms so you may understand them better before running them.

ive literally never heard one person say one bad thing about you whatsoever and i know personally, i have nothing to say but phenomenal things about you... we all have our days etc and it happens... you are a top notch guy bro... that was very respectful what you said now too.. like i said, never one bad thing have i heard nor ever encountered... thank you for keeping peace in the thread bro..

Nobody is perfect and if some bashes Dylan you should also wonder what they themselves have done and if they are simply repeating someone's words. Dylan shoots it straight and I'm saying that as a man and his friend not because there's something in it for me, but because it's true bro. You do as you please, doubt whomever you choose to doubt, but you might wanna formulate your own opinion based on what you know... not what you were told.

you know what bro, my track record with everyone here speaks for itself... people bad mouth me because i made the mistake of working for ntbm when i first got into everything and yeah, i made mistakes YEARS ago, which i completely OWNED and showed that was not who I really am... i make my own decisions and am smart enough to do so and yes, ask rick, we both thought things were strange back then but we are loyal people and we stuck by until it became apparent what was really going and IMMEDIATELY left... i have done nothing but sit here and give every free fucking moment i have to help everyone... see, you only see a FRACTION of it.. i get THOUSANDS of emails a week, which i PERSONALLY answer one by one... i dont have someone that answers them for me, i give everyone one on one attention... you look at how i do videos for example and compare to others and you tell me the difference and if you can't, then im sorry but i dont talk about myself, i dont about things i have, i dont abuse women like others do on their videos, making them out to be items as opposed to human beings, i dont sit here and talk bull shit to get people to my site... no, i sit there and discuss how to protect yourself, do things the right way etc... some people dont like that and im sorry but i spit the truth... thats it... you ever watch my VLOGS? you think i do that for my health or for the benefit of others... you do what you want, i dont care to explain myself any further... i value my integrity and ethics along with morale to the highest extent... you make your own decisions... ive done nothing but sit here and help you and flat out stick up for you and thats the comment i get back... yet i still try to help... so good luck bro...
