Hey guys, great forum with a wealth of information. I'm hoping y'all can help point me towards the right sarms cycle.

I'm 29yo 6ft tall and 205lbs. I've always worked out and use to be in the gym mostly and just started doing crossfit 12 months ago.

I'd like to maybe cut 10lbs rip up my abdomen and put on a little size. I don't want to gain any fat or bloat if possible. I'd like to improve my endurance as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Crossfit set itself back 100 years by simply existing and drawing in hipsters, skinny fats, and semi-muscular dudes who open up gyms in every town selling overpriced "weight loss workout programs" to dudes that dont lift into a fitness fad of lifting but somehow still being better than bodybuilders due to them having "functional strength" while still eating fast food and having abs and televised competitions even tho 5 years ago they didnt even exist. 10 years from now they will be just as popular as they were 10 years ago.

No offense to you Capt. Joe, this is just my observation.

I was really hoping this would not turn into a hate crossfit thread. I've been smashing weights in the gym for 14 years. I believed everyone one here had one thing in common and that was enjoying working out and being into fitness. Why does it matter if one guy likes to work out "x" way and another "y" way. I enjoy the family you get with crossfit and the olympic lifts. Thought I could come on here to get some solid advice and not bashed for how I like to workout.
 
Hey Dylan can you help me out with a stack. I want to loose maybe 5lbs of fat and get a little bigger, ripped. Improve endurance and strength. I want it all LOL. I also had double knee surgery 2 months ago so some joint duct tape would be nice too. Thanks

Hey Joe, I think that's great your combining both. Takes a lot & I mean a lot of cardio to do crossfit. I see all the people doing the crossfit program on the other side of my gym & they work hard. Most of them really need it , but it also takes
guts to get in there. I believe Dylan will set you up good with some SARMS protocol & I'm sure it will include GW & SR 9009 to start where you want to be. Welcome ton the forum!!

Thanks buddy, I am by no means over weight or fat. I have a athletic build and nice size for being natural I guess. I just simply got burnt on on going to the gym everyday and wanted to try something different. Mainly for my wife's sake as she was trying numerous things and seemed to work for her until crossfit. And look I had friends that did crossfit and I'm guilty as everyone for messing with him and making fun of him until I tried and I was instantly hooked.

Thanks, where can I buy the clomid from is there a certain one you recommend and do I start the same week I start PCT? 50mg a day for first week then 25mg a day the last three weeks? Same for gw501516 where to buy and 20mg a day for 4 weeks during pct?

New to this just want to make sure I'm doing everything right here.

You definitely want sarms bro... you have quite a bit of work to do... you are at least 25% body fat if not more
 
Yeah I know. I was laid up for awhile after double knee surgery. Getting back at it

Hats ok bro, the important thing is you want to address it and move forward... its going to take a lot of work but it is absolutely obtainable
