Hi guys im doing crossfit since two year and i need a lot of endurance, healing and strength. Want to use only good quality sarms only (isarms.com). No eq, no test, no steroid.

i will make a 12 weeks cycle. Let me know if i need anything else. Thanks.

here is the layout

1-12 mk677 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 sr9009 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout and non workout days, all at once in the a.m.
1-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
9-12 d aspartic acid

Dylan gave you a great protocol to follow for your goals that would suit you very well. Here is another good alternative cycle that I also think you would enjoy that gives you the healing and endurance benefits, but a little more for strength as well

1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 RAD-140 20mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 SR-9009 30mg per day (5mg dosed 6 times every 2-3 hours)
1-12 MK-677 25mg per day dosed once in the AM

Any difference between rad-140 and mk-2866?
how many grams of d aspartic acid?
Which one you choose is entirely up to you, or you can always throw them both is also

RAD140 is going to be better for mass and strength gains, and it does have some additional endurance benefits as well

MK2866 provides more for healing and is good for recomp that is well rounded for moderate lean mass gains


DAA should be 3g per day
