Good morning:
I've been reading through a lot of the posts and have viewed quite a few youtube video's of Dylan's (great work on those) trying to wrap my head around which possible options I should be looking for when it comes to being a dedicated Crossfit athlete. Here is some information about myself:
1. 6'1"
2. 160-165 lbs
3. I'm 38 years old
4. Body Fat % is around 12-14%
5. I train 4-5 days a week (one hard workout a day) I do supplement some powerlifting about 1-2 days a week in addition to my hour dedicated to our posted WOD
6. Non-Training days I row upwards of 3K-5K for active recovery at a conversational pace
7. Been Crossfitting for about 18 months
8. I eat a very clean diet and track my macro's daily using myfitnesspal
Ultimately what I'm looking for is a stack that I could use to develop the following (in order of importance)
1. Overall Strength
2. Muscular Endurance
3. Adding Size
I'm certainly open to suggestions on specific stacks that could benefit my performance. If I missed any relevant information please let me know and I'll be happy to provide it.
Thanks.
