Creatine yes or no?

I'm lucky I suppose. I don't get cramps at all lol

"I can do all things through Christ who strengths me. Philippians 4:13"

I would say yes it's a great supplement and I you get great bang for your buck. I remember Bill Phillips was one of the fife at guys selling and I remember paying $80 for only 500 grams of it.

Oh yeah, the Ole Phosphogen! Ridiculously priced!

Creatine always makes a great addition at any time. The water retention from creatine goes within the muscle cells, where you want it, and not subcutaneously underneath the skin which causes bloat. 5g per day of creatine is more than adequate and there no reason to ever have to exceed that dose

old thread i know, but I thought on AAS the more creatine you take the more you benefit from it. I've been taking about 10-15g a day.

yah personally i stick to creatine monohydrate i just get it micronized so it can mix in well with my drink. cheap n effective

Same here, I can very notably feel Kre-Alkalin from them all. So much different - for MY BODY, we all are different.

I dunno. Jerry Brainum says krealkalyn creatine is nonsense. My words not his. I feel like it works better though and the science makes perfect sense.

I think the reason Jerry was poo pooing it was to say it's not worth the extra expense and that it doesn't work any better than mono. I think most of us say the same thing......mono works fine.....if you can tolerate it. When Kre-Alkalyn first came out, they marketed it like it was better than mono and actually had better uptake. I think that's what Jerry is really arguing. But if you can't take mono because of the stomach bloat.....go with the Kre Alkalyn.
