it would have a small benefit but nothing drastic... creatine is something that is fine and will not hurt you in any way and it can help to a point but don't expect anything drastic from it either...

what are your stats? age/height/weight/body fat? what are your goals? what is your cycle history? what are you planning on running for your cycle?
 
Creatine is one of the only supplements with actual research behind it proving it does have some effects, unlike the rest of the supplements that you can buy at the local GNC.

but basically its incredibly safe and will probably give you a bit of a pump and you might get an extra rep or two out of it if youre lucky. You can pick up a kilo for like 15 bucks which will last you a whole year so if it doesnt work for you, its not like you've lost a lot.
 
Glutamine and bcaas are a great staple of supplements accompanied by a strict diet.

When it comes to supplements, there arent a whole lot of them that are really worthwhile in my opinion. However, Creatine is the most researched,studied, and proven supplement for muscle building of all...and it is effective no matter when you are using it. Glutamine and BCAAs also have their place. None of it is required by any means, but they can certainly add benefit. I use all 3 of them on a daily basis
 
yes definitely creatine and glutamine on a bulk. i actually found glutamine to help me alot during a bulk because it helps me with fatigue and muscle recovery
 
Any supplement can have benefits on cycle. NO boosters probably not so much but it's all just tools to give a small edge. Creatine uptake is greater on cycle and BCAAs of course are good because that's nutrition and nutrition is 90% of building muscle. Glutamine as well. Nothing really changes on cycle. Change nothing. Always go 110%

Glutamine is already found in whey protein as well as other healthy foods you hopefully consume. I doubt you would need any more then that. I think your intestines absorb most of it. If you do supplement it

My bcaas has 2500mg of glutamine in it whoch is perfect

Glutmine got a bad rep at some point, people think you die if you use it....which obviously isn't true. Personally I don't have it in my protocol.

BCAA's and Glutamine are staples for me tho.

Bump Jack on his point; there is wayyyyyy too much "on cycle/off cycle" BS going on. You're either 110% all in, all the time or you're out.....
