can any body could give me a template routine to workout/condition my core. it's not that i don't work my mid section but i'd be lying if i said the things i do i didn't find on youtube so it's a little bit of a mess and my core is something i'm really focusing on on my sarm stack
 
I've been doing this routine 3-4 times a week along with 3 sets of 1min Planks. 25 sit-ups
25 4-count flutter kicks
25 sit-ups
25 leg raises
25 sit-ups
25 Hello Dolly's
25 sit-ups
25 crunches
25 sit-ups
25 twists
25 sit-ups
25 4-count flutter kicks
NO REST

Just did what you recommended and god damn my shit is hurting the last few sit ups are so hard lol

i know, everything is so hardcore that when you do the crunch machine it feels like a break, the planks and sit-ups are KILLER, wait till the morning bro, just wait LOL
