its not good... the best pre mix i have ever found is ABB Pure Pro... that is far and away the best constructed pre mix...

this particular has higher calories, higher sodium and is FUCKING LOADED with sugar... i wouldn't go within a 100 yards of it myself...

I'm sure it tastes great, but the profile on it pretty much sucks. Too much sugar is my biggest concern, and even the fat content is higher than I think a protein drink should be. I'm not a fan of the prepade protein drinks anyways. They cost out the ass, and usually the profile on them are not great at all

anytime bro... they are few and far between on the ones that are actually worth it but this particular one is... it comes in a 35 gram protein drink or a 50 gram one.. no fat, no sugar, etc... very complete all the way around and actually tastes really good as well...

Core Power is by far the best tasting out there but it comes at a price...The price of sugar...I still grab one now and then. My wife can eats whatever she can or wants and stays lean and muscular and she drinks those. They are expensive but there is a store out here that has them buy one get one every few months and she loads up then. Its the only pre made protein that doesnt make her stomach fucked up. I buy Premier Protein pre mixed drinks...They taste alright compared to most. I cannot stand bad tasting protein. If it isnt decent tasting I wont use it. At any given time Im 10 hours a day at the table and no way to cook so Ill down them all day until I get food in me.

I noticed that the sugar is cane sugar as opposed to high fructose... Vitamin water is the same way. Is this supposed to be better for us?

Not sure if its any better or not but I do know Its probably a better choice then quick chocolate milk or a pop? At least thats my story..The "light" ones taste great and I believe has alot less sugar in them..They actually taste more chocolate. 11 sugar a little less protein same sodium.

I know right! Why would they even make a protein shake with that much sugar???? I didn't read the label until after I bought it. Only got 1 to try out...

cane sugar is horrible for you as well bro... high fructose corn syrup is not sugar, its syrup... you may as well drink a can of soda with that amount of sugar... its fucking horrible and i can't believe they would sell such a shit... its ridiculous to market that as anything to do with health and fitness...

LOLLLL thats exactly right... we will just term that "tough love!" :lol:

They are few and far between on the ones that are worth it in any way... The very best i have ever come across, as I previously pointed out, is ABB Pure Pro 35 and 50... These are the so complete from top to bottom and while they are a bit pricier, that comes with good reason... These are my recommendation when it comes to this...
