Considering experimenting

I guess I should give a few details about my goals. I don't lift professionally, or plan to. I just want to get a more lean look and regain some of the strength I had in my 20s.
I'd like to go about it as economically as possible.

I know some people pay upwards of $1500 a month, that's not going to work for me. What's the average out of pocket expense most of the people on here spend each month (covering everything)?

btw, DylanGemelli your youtube videos are great.

Thanks brother, I appreciate that! Welcome to adrenaline rush! I can recommend a strong sarms triple stack to get things started... what are your stats? age/height/weight/body fat? cycle history? training history?? You don't have to spend 1500 a month... you can get a 12 weeks sarms stack for around $400 and that is for 12 weeks, not a month... you only need a few other products that would be less than $100 over a three month period... SARMS are always an excellent way to get in the proper condition, enhance your current condition, bridge between cycles etc... There is never a bad time to use them... What I like to see everyone start with is the sarms triple stack...

1-12 Ostarine 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
9-12 daa

Mini pct 13-16

Clomid 25/25/25/25
gw-501516 20 mg day

This would be a great cycle for you to get going with... I have written several articles you can find at www.pureessencesarms.com

This is absolutely perfect to get you started and get your feet wet. A sarms triple stack is a great way to enter the world of anabolics and I'm sure you would love the results you get from pure essence!!

Triple stack would be my advice. good solid results, not too much supression or sides and you ll be ready for a inj tes or dbol type cycle next.

Dylan or Rick can hook you up.

thanks guys.

I did a triple stack order with pure essence . we'll see how it goes!

Out of curiosity would nolvadex work instead of clomid? why one over the other?

you can use nolvadex in your sarms pct... clomid is the bst at kickstarting hpta but nolva on its own is fine with sarms as well...

so just to follow up here, i've been on the triple stack for 3 weeks today. i've been trying to lose weight and so far have gone from 198lbs to 186lbs according to my bathroom scale. The same scale gives a body fat %. According to it, when I started I was at 25.5% body fat and tonight I'm at 18.0% body fat. I don't put much stock in the body fat number. it's probably inaccurate, but I do look leaner, and feel stronger, and my pants fit better, so I'm making good progress.

A few years ago I did P90X and got down to 150 lbs and 11% bf (according to the same junky scale). now i'm married with a toddler so finding 60-90mins a day for exercise would be really hard. i do want to exercise more, but so far my routine has been pretty tame, and limited.

I'm trying to be as on point with my diet as I can though.

Anyway, that's my 1/4 way through status report. i'll post another one in 3 weeks.

That is extremely impressive for just 3 weeks! Very nice job, and keep up the awesome work. Looking forward to your future updates :)

okay another update.. it's been 6 weeks 2 days. Now pants I couldn't get one leg in before fit me loosely, but other than that things have kind of hit a plateau. i'm 178 lbs and still 18% body fat (according the same crappy scale) and I've been that way for more than a week. I'm going to try to get a little more exercise in and see how things change. Also, i don't really feel the ephedra effects anymore so i'm considering going from 25mg to 50mg in the morning.

how are you currently eating macro wise? what does your workout look like? how is your cardio implementation in your workout?

my problem is definitely lack of exercise. i've only been doing light cardio once or twice a week.

I did an hour of running today, and I feel lighter already :)

I'm doing pretty well staying on my diet. Actually, thinking about it 8 lbs in 3 weeks isn't too bad. It was flat the last week but i'm optimistic it will pick back up.

Plateaus can and will happen, but it definitely sounds like your training schedule could be better which is I'm sure a big part of why you quit progressing. Make sure to keep that diet in check and keep on top of the exercise to make the most out of this cycle. You've made some great progress so far, so don't sell yourself short on the rest of it! Keep us updated!

bro, you have lost that kind of weight and body fat with minimal training at best... what would you expect at this point?? i can't believe you have lost that kind of weight up to this point... imagine you could be getting so much more out of it if you were training properly... its time for you to step it up... the point of sarms use is to enhance your performance and you not utilizing that in your favor at all...

it's been 8 weeks 2 days. this morning I didn't take my sarms. My wife asked me about my supplements yesterday and I told her they were called SARMs. She spent 30 minutes reading about them and then freaked out like I was a drug addict or something. She thinks I'm going to get cancer. I told her I wouldn't take them anymore if they bothered her that much, so the last 4 weeks of my 12 week experiment are going to be SARMs free. she means more to me than the benefits the SARMs give so i'm done with them.

currently at 172 pounds. junky scale says 16% body fat. pant size started at a tight 34, they're currently 30. hoping to get to 160 pounds in the next 4 weeks, but I imagine it will take longer now. i'll just have to step up my game I guess.

wow man, im sorry to hear that... look at how impressive your results are too man... she is very far off on her assumptions... i wish she could understand that

Bro, need to settle the wife down a little bit. I can find all the studies in the world that say something is bad. According to Vegans everybody who isn't a Vegan is going to die from cancer due to eating meat, they will even back it up with studies to prove their point. Bottom line other then one study that says that it caused cancer, their isn't any other to support that theory. Sorry bro, I cant deal with hysterical type nonsense and the need to appease that nonsense. Sarms is not AAS, which do have a level of toxicity to them and need to be run properly and not abused.

I can tell you what is worse then AAS and Sarms and that is being Obese out of shape. You have a guareented ticket for some life threating disease or condition that alters your life in some way. Sarms bad popsicles, candybars and Soda good, give me a break/
