Competition preparation

I need to know what kind of work you do beside training, like if you a construction worker you need to eat more, than if you sit on a chair all day :)
Well bro I'm a Student doing Mechanical engineering 2nd year I wake up at 9:30 am. I go to my college at 11:00 am to 6:00pm. I carry my meals with me to the college or wherever I go never miss my meal and I take them on time then at 8:00 pm I go to gym and train for 2hrs then go to bed till 12:00 am 😊

BreakFast

greek yogurt - 7oz.

1 fruit - 3oz.

walnut - 1oz.

Total: 26.8g of protien - 22.7 carbohydrates - 20g of fat - 378.4 Kcal

Meal 2:

Chicken/lean turkey/lean beef - 5oz

vegetables - 7oz

brown rice - 3oz

Total: 35.9 grams of protien - 59.8 carbohydrates - 6.4 grams of fat - 440 Kcal

Meal 3

Same as meal 2
Total: 35.9 grams of protien - 59.8 carbohydrates - 6.4 grams of fat - 440 Kcal


Meal 4

wholegrain crackerbread - 2 pieces

smoked salmon - 1.5oz

Total: 12.8 grams of protien - 16.7 carbohydrates - 4.8 grams of fat - 161Kcal

Meal 5

Chicken/lean turkey/lean beef - 5oz

vegetables - 7oz

brown rice - 3oz

Half an avocado

Total: 37.8 grams of protien - 71.5 carbohydrates - 22.1 grams of fat - 635.7 Kcal

Meal5 fruit and a protien shake - 27.2 grams of protien - 15.9 carbohydrates - 183Kcal

And you can do i protien shake after your workout if you want too
