Come give me your input on my 10 week cut for men's physique.

What I'm curious on is if you could take and 2 sarms to help you with your cut to maintain muscle size,fullness, and hardness what would you take? As you can see by below my supplementation is alot currently since I manage a supplement store and get great deals on that side of things. I'm natural (No anabolics at this point) I have no problem cutting down to 4-5% bodyfat but I want to remain as big and dry at that bodyfat as possible. Which is why my cut is much longer than before. Thank you for your input!

My diet Leading up to a show until about 3 weeks out I carb manipulate and keep protein and healthy fats very high. The closer I get to stage the less carbs I eat. Last year I had no carbs for 6 days and a refeed day on the 7th day for 2 weeks. I was very dry and lean off of this look on my diet. Just want to maintain muscle size. Last year I was 164 lbs around 10% when I cut and dropped to 155lbs to be a 5% (Lost approx around 1lb-3lbs of muscle mass during that cut.) I would say since I was fully depleted at that weight.

Complete cycle history:
I've never ran and anabolic or Sarm. Have the option to run anabolics but want to get the most out of lower tier ways since I'm 21. I've used 3 prohormone cycles and for sure want a different option since those light up your blood work so much.

PCT for each cycle:
I've always ran anti estrogen on cycle,liver support. Off cycle has been, some form of test booster and pct support(Normally one that is recommended. Never taken clomid

Goals:
I compete in men's physique im 14 weeks out and want to get as dry and lean as possible but maintain muscle mass and fullness during my 8-10 week cut.

Supplements (if any)
Protein powder, Glutamine, Fish oil, Preworkout, Nitric Oxide, Bcaa, Hmb, Multi Vitamin, Karbolyn.
3 weeks out I will toss in a fat burner and carni-diem
5 days out start a diuretic

General idea of nutrition (any food allergies???)
My nutrition is well I've very knowledgeable on that aspect.

have you had bloodwork done... apparently you dont realize that pro hormones are steroids... you need a full pct after use and you basically have not ran one real pct... you started using prohormones far too young and there is no way anyone is going to recommend steroid use to you at 21 years old... you've already got yourself headed towards disaster with what you have previously done and its not looking like its going to get any better, which could end up blowing up in your face in your 30's... your going to ruin your life bro... you need to reconsider any sort of steroid use for quite some time... yes, sarms are a different story.. they dont put you through any of the side effects and damage steroids will do, especially at your age... your age is the main concern and why steroids are absolutely not recommended.. if you want a sarms cut stack layout, i will be happy to help you with that... just let me know...

I think you have a great mindset at your age doing things the right way and taking steps in the right direction and not heading directly into the deep end with anabolic steroids.

For your goals, and given your age the best option right now for you is to run a sarms stack to lead you right into competition. Starting at 12 weeks out you want to run this stack from www.sarmsx.com

I actually have blood work scheduled to get checked. Last time I had it done was when I was 19 and all was good the doctor said accept my LDL was higher by a few numbers
I ran these 3 which were single compound cycles between the ages of 18-21.

I'm not looking to start steroids at this point I can make national's without the use of steroids for sure.
I'm looking at adding sarms into my nutritional regiment. Sarms are used as a bridge between cycles of can be used on cycle. Correct?
(With that being said when you do a prohormone you need to take double the time off. I haven't full completed my double time off, would I need to fully wait on that recovery before starting a sarm)

As far as a real PCT goes can you lay one out for me, I have no big signs of gyno and my test has always been very high regardless of my cycles. Bloodwork is getting checked though!? Great appreciated.

Now, when it comes to sarms, you can start them immediately after any cycle... once you complete pct, you can start sarms... you dont need the time away like with steroids etc... its completely different and you can cycle sarms all year with only 2-3 breaks in between each cycle after you complete your mini pct... thats the beauty of them... also, if you run mk677, you can run that all year without taking a break... i can set you up for the entire years worth of stacks anytime...

I will checkout those links keep doing my research and background knowledge primarily on the pct products and what each of them does since my opinon that's the most important side of a cycle. It make or breaks you.

thats not an opinion... thats a fact... the fact you grasp that concept is huge for you... you have no idea, but your on the right path my friend... if you listen, take this as a marathon and not a sprint and do it THE RIGHT way, fuck man, you will see... you will reap every last benefit and you will for a very very long time

Oh so this was some time back. Most of the stuff out in supp stores now that's marketed as a prohormone is pretty much garbage. Well I hope your bloods come back good. Im sure theyll ve fine bro. Keep us posted on your results and progress. Ill be following
