What I'm curious on is if you could take and 2 sarms to help you with your cut to maintain muscle size,fullness, and hardness what would you take? As you can see by below my supplementation is alot currently since I manage a supplement store and get great deals on that side of things. I'm natural (No anabolics at this point) I have no problem cutting down to 4-5% bodyfat but I want to remain as big and dry at that bodyfat as possible. Which is why my cut is much longer than before. Thank you for your input!
My diet Leading up to a show until about 3 weeks out I carb manipulate and keep protein and healthy fats very high. The closer I get to stage the less carbs I eat. Last year I had no carbs for 6 days and a refeed day on the 7th day for 2 weeks. I was very dry and lean off of this look on my diet. Just want to maintain muscle size. Last year I was 164 lbs around 10% when I cut and dropped to 155lbs to be a 5% (Lost approx around 1lb-3lbs of muscle mass during that cut.) I would say since I was fully depleted at that weight.

I've never ran and anabolic or Sarm. Have the option to run anabolics but want to get the most out of lower tier ways since I'm 21. I've used 3 prohormone cycles and for sure want a different option since those light up your blood work so much.
PCT for each cycle:
I've always ran anti estrogen on cycle,liver support. Off cycle has been, some form of test booster and pct support(Normally one that is recommended. Never taken clomid
Goals:
I compete in men's physique im 14 weeks out and want to get as dry and lean as possible but maintain muscle mass and fullness during my 8-10 week cut.
Supplements (if any)
Protein powder, Glutamine, Fish oil, Preworkout, Nitric Oxide, Bcaa, Hmb, Multi Vitamin, Karbolyn.
3 weeks out I will toss in a fat burner and carni-diem
5 days out start a diuretic
General idea of nutrition (any food allergies???)
My nutrition is well I've very knowledgeable on that aspect.
