What do you guys take to combat bad pumps and cramps on cycle from things like var, tbol, lg., etc.? I know of taurine, but is there anything else? Can supplementing magnesium and potassium help with the cramps?

as rick said... PLENTY of water is very important... that is something people tend to not grasp... they don't realize how little water they actually take in... they think they are taking in far more than they really are... extra potassium, keep all intakes at proper levels bro...
it certainly won't hurt you... obviously potassium rich foods are the best option as potassium supplements themselves really don't have much in them but they can still help... i always try to increase my intake of it...
1000mg of potassium a day will combat cramps right away. You do, however, want to start tapering down to find your minimum effective dose. Too much can be poisonous.
I always eat a,lot of potassium rich foods daily, so my intake is always adequate and I don't need to supplement extra. I eat a lot of sweet potatoes and bananas
you never want to over do it but you will find that getting 100% of your daily value of potassium is difficult on its own... many are lacking in so many areas and just overlook it because the main focus is always on calories, carbs, protein and fat... other components fall into the back ground and people just overlook them... fiber is one that is far too often overlooked as well... EVERY area needs to be addressed and fulfilled to ensure the best overall health...
