Combating acne and hair loss on cycle

Hey guys just wanted to know if y'all do anything special to combat acne and hair loss, besides accutane. If your prone to hair loss, do you think I would be a good idea to grow your hair out before you start your cycle lol. Any special creams or shampoos to help grow out hair? And as for acne, and recommendations besides showering and acne creams.

Tanning helps a lot with controlling acne for me. Unfortunately any and all AAS can cause acne because of hormone fluctuations, and some people are more prone than others.

There are some shampoos, and other hair products out there to help control hair loss, but the best thing I can recommend is if you are prone to hair loss or MPB, to avoid any DHT compounds which are the worst on the hairline. Winstrol, Masteron, and Tren are probably the worst on the hair, though any AAS can contribute of you are prone. It just depends on the individual. Some people will never have an issue, where others shed on cycle all the time. Growing out your hair before your cycle will not change anything. You aren't adding any more hair doing that. You are just lengthening what you have, and you will still lose what you're going to lose

I use Rogaine (minoxidil) and ketocanazole shampoo- washes DHT from hair. I started thinning a couple years ago and didn't want it to get worse. It hasn't, and a 3 month supply only costs around $40. Got both from Amazon

I take glutathione and vitamin c in high doses and it helps with the acne and keeps my skin healthy and glowing.

nizoral 2 shampoo + rogaine.

nizoral 2 is a topical DHT blocker, rogaine is rogaine. i even use nizoral shampoo as face wash, use it on my upper chest, back, shoulders too when i get acne from mast or proviron.

Then good doses of Vit C.

Make sure to tan once a wk if your not outside in the sun at least once or twice a wk. More the more mg of DHT compounds. (2 days + for tes/mast/tren or tes/mast/winny and like cycles)

Vit A as well.

Bro I asked the same question about Accutane... Everyone told me to stay away from it... or unless under doctor supervision.

How do you use them? In terms of how to apply them and how many times a week do you use them

Use the Rogaine like twice a day religiously, don't let a day go by that you don't use it, it honestly, as compared to EVERYTHING else, has been the most helpful and least harmful...ketoconazole shampoo also called Nizoral can help a ton, you can get prescription strength from your doctor, or order it off the net at rx strength, there is also loprox which helps as well...Then you have other dht "blocking/reducting" drugs such as Propecia/Finasteride, and Avodart/Dutasteride, they block respecitively, one enzyme(fina), and two enzymes(duta) that lead to a pronounced decrease in DHT formed at the scalp which in essence leads to hair loss, but they affect your prostate and your overall testosterone as well...There are other drugs too that help: Azelaic Acid 1.5, Progesterone, Tretinoin, and Hydrocortisone.

It's honestly a major battle for most folks, especially if you add anabolics into the mix...Some guys, genetically, will have a full head no matter what, whereas some are in the grey area, and others just lose it no matter what. Hairsite.com is a great place to start and is a plethora of information. I'll say this much, I've tinkered with so many different things over the years and I've managed to do quite as well compared to most, however, it's honestly a full time job, that is unless you want to get hair restoration done, which they've come SO FAR with, the techniques that are now applied are tremendous and if you just do a search of celebs who's hair has made a dramatic comeback; you'll see how successful it can be...If you have any other questions, I'd be happy to let you pick my brain, this has been an obsession of mine for probably 15 years, and I'm at a good point with my hair but it's a war that never ends but can be fought!

nice post brother... that is some very helpful information and very much appreciated... I can tell you this right now, i have worked with quite a few clients that all suffered from PFS (post finasteride system) and it is so severe that it ruined their lives... they actually have pending lawsuits etc... I would NEVER and I mean NEVER recommend, advise etc to use finsasteride in any way after seeing the permanent damage it has caused... brain fog, dizziness, motor movement problems and the list goes on and on... its fucking scary and in no way would i touch it or go near it...

How often should one use nizoral? Ive even heard people that apply nizoral into their hair before bed and leave it on over night. Whats the best and safest way to use it?

I can't agree with you more D, as far as taking the medication orally, it has caused so many people so many horrible problems...I know for even myself, there has been a long term effect that I can't go back on...I'm more willing to try a topical route as opposed to an oral route, where the DHT can be stopped in the scalp with minimal effects on the body itself, but even then, there is a risk...but yes, you are so so right, it's a route that I don't feel is worth taking anymore, and there are massive lawsuits regarding the drugs taking place now...However, I do know how it feels to not want to let go of certain things so I can see why people can become "desperate" in a sense...At my age now, I feel I'm past the point of where most guys have problems with their hair, and I've had so many people I know talk about how I've got such great hair, when I try to tell them, you don't have a fucking clue what a battle this has been, ha, and then on top of that, I feel I've had some issues regarding some of the things I've done to get to this point; all for the sake of my hair, argh, it's hard for me to even comprehend logically....Honestly too, it's one of the main reasons why I have been looking into SARMs...I still have a deep love for anabolics, but, in all honesty, I do fine in the gym and if a SARM can give just a bit of a boost without the sides of an anabolic, I'd be totally happy with that...It's all what you want to do and where you want to be regarding anything in life...is the risk worth the reward, is the juice worth the squeeze, that's always up to "you."

I've always used Nizoral as a shampoo in the shower, I put it on right when I get in, hair wet of course, and then let it sit as I do everything else, shaving, etc....Do you have dandruff at all/an itchy scalp, are certain areas worse than others?

Nope no dandruff or dry scalp. Do you use nizoral everyday? Also do you only use rogaine and nizoral when on cycle? Or even off

Well heck, that's actually a good sign...a dandruff/dry scalp free environment is the ideal environment for your hair to grow...honestly then, the Nizoral wouldn't be necessary at all..just go with the rogaine foam, and definitely on and off cycle...you'll experience shedding events during and after your cycle both don't have a heart attack over it; it happens...you can also look into shampoos that are sulfate free, because when it comes to hair, shampoos are actually damaging the hair because they strip it of it all it's natural oils and what not..that's how you get that sweet oily curl when you haven't washed it for a few days, ha...but yeah, the sulfate free shampoos work really well...what's your hair like now and how old are you and what not, any siblings that are bald/balding?

absolutely brother and that's just one of the million things i love about them... it gives you an alternative, not just an additive... while sarms do so well when stacking with anabolics, they do so well on their own as well and they eliminate 95% of the side effects from anabolics if not more... you already know to come to me with any questions you have and i got you brother...

im really glad you made the points you did about finasteride and can confirm that it is no joke... people do not take it serious enough and its very troubling to me.. it is a serious thing and more people need to be educated on the possible severity of problems with its use...

Accutane does more bad than good imho it should be only used for serious cases, I recently read about glutathione injections and found that it has has amazing skin healing properties, it's more of a side affect as that's not its main use however many people use because it makes them look younger, prevents acne and gives the skin a glow etc.. Plus it flushes out the liver lol
