Clomid Nolvadex PCT doses?

Hello everyone, i just registered after watching some Dylan Gemelli's videos that i foynd quite interesting.
I was wondering about the doses for clomid and nolvadex that i should take in my Pct.
i am finishing my cycle was 6 months in total. 3 months test prop 3x 100 each week and winstrol injection 3x 50 each week.The rest 3 months i continued with test prop 3x 100 each week and anavar 4 x 10mg per day.
i was thinking for a 6-8 week PCT and i wonder what else i should include.
I would extremely apreciate Dylan's opinion.

Wow man. That's a long time to be on cycle. Recovery is going to be difficult but it can be done with the right protocol. I'd start by running HCG the last 3 weeks of the cycle at 500ius twice per week

Your pct should be 8 weeks in my opinion. Youll need two of the stacks from the link below, ad here is the protocol

Yea sadly I started relizing that it was a long time.... and that makes me stressed lol...
Thanks for the reply . I was wondering if i could use arimidex instead of aromasin and at what doses cause i ve allready got some of it left.

Arimadex isn't going to help your recovery by increasing free test and IGF levels like Aromasin does, but it will helps prevent estrogen rebound. I'd get Aromasin, but if you use it use it at 1mg EOD

Also i would add a clen in pct but which would be the right way 2 days in 2 days out or? and what mg?

P.S 500 iu hcg, did you mean 5000? cause i can find only pregnyl 1500 iu and 5000 iu

Do exactly what rickrock says, then wait 4 weeks and get blood work. There's no sense guessing if its worked. Its always better to know than not know.
Clomid can have some sides too. Some people don't notice anything, I noticed tonnnnnnes of acne, and I was super emotional the whole time i was PCTing, like I was always ready to cry. It was pretty embarrassing. But that is small fry compared to getting your testicles back to producing test again. Keep us updated and post your blood work. The veterans here can translate it all for you.

You don't want to use Clen in Pct man. I'd forget about using that crap.

The HCG dose I posted is correct. It should be 500iu twice per week.

clen in pct?? bro, seriously, just stop with that... first of all , clen use in general is bad enough but being in pct is far worse... that will do nothing positive for you and everything negative...

I ll follow your instructions guys ,dont wanna mess with pct.
Just mentioned clen as a cortisol stopper but if you say no , its a no heh.
